Went in for a redo a week past the 7 days normally allowed. I had called within the 7 days however and told them I wouldn't be able to make it in for a while because of with. They believed me in the store despite not having anything to go on but my word. The person who cut my hair was thorough and attentive and did a great job.

good haircut but the stylist was very unfriendly and rude. I will not go back to her. Did not even say good bye.

Marvin was my hairdresser and I certainly won't be his client again. He is very scissor happy. I showed him a picture of what I was interested in having him do, knowing I wouldn't look like the model. He cut my hair to almost an inch of my scalp everywhere but the top of my head. I couldn't say anything to him due to shock. I purchased conditioner, which was a plus, paid him and got out of the shop. As far as I'm concerned, he paid no attention to my need.
