The T mobile stores can be the last place you want to gather after a long day of walking in the snow and through rain turning to ice pellets piercing your face with vast.id recommend going with an I phone and I need you to meet me at the Moxy tonight and we can check out The Grotto and have a spiritual experience reawakening. I have been with T-Mobile for several years and have convinced many of my friends and family to use them. abut today I am very diappointed and will likely sever my ties with T-Mobile completely. I'm not angry just very disappointed. They have no Loyalty to their Very Loyal customers. I went in to get samgung smart tag 2's for my cats, the sales person convinced me to the T-Moble tags. I trusted what they were telling me even though I voiced my concern that they were to big for my cats. I was informed I could return them within 14 days. I tryed they and as I found out they were in fact way to big for my cats. I brought them back the very next day to be told they were going to charge me a $60 restocking fee. When I complained , their response was " it's written on the bottom of the receipt. They tell you can return it but don't tell its going to cost you to return it. Very misleading and shady. I was planning a very big multi device deal with them but now I don't think I can trust them to be fair and honest with me or my residents. Sorry to say but I think this is our farewell.

I have lost my ID and have not been able to upgrade or come into the store to pay my service but I seem to be paying a lot more than a phone and home Internet. It seems when you're on a pan anyone can change it on you by just saying that they are me and giving information about my phone credit, account, ECT.

Worst service i ever had in any store. I was completely ignored nearly the entire time i was here and when i got a chance to talk to someone i felt as if the staff was just trying to avoid me.It feels weird and creepy in there.

Whatever you do, do not come here. I’m not sure if it’s this location or T-Mobile but I have had nothing but issues. In May we went to get a new plan, they said it came with FREE watches. We were confused asked some questions and she assured us they were FREE. She said our bill would be *set amount and it has never been that amount. Turns out the watches were with a rebate that they didn’t tell us about? Now 7 months later our bill is randomly $30 more for no reason? We spent 3 HOURS our first visit in May with a girl who clearly had no idea what she was doing, and now I have spent another 3 hours on and off the phone with customer service trying to get it fixed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

N0 place to sit as I waited 2hrs17min for the 2 salesclucks to serve only 2 customers. As much as I dislike visiting downtown Portland these days, hopefully their service will be more competent.

I purchased a phone here and it came with a screen protector and a phone case (I didn't ask for) zero paperwork, zero account number nothing. I try to create an account today and find out I'm not a authorized name on the account. Needless to say I will be there when they open today to straiten this out.

After 2 hours my it was decided my bloated battery wasn't an insurance issue it was a warranty issue. The WILL NOT be sending a new phone but a used one and WILL NOT reset my warranty. I'm canceling my insurance and if it wasn't tangled with a business account I would change carriers.
