I've recently been to two T Mobile locations to explore upgrading our phones and internet service. I have to admit I'm human and automatically prejudge people, which I did in both these experiences. My prejudgment told me this isn't going to go well because these people are sooooo young. I cannot tell how delighted I was when these "young" people were clear in their communication, knew exactly the answers to all my questions and concerns, worked with alacrity, and left me feeling confident in their expertise.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE - IT IS AN AFFILIATE AND NOT A CORPERATE STORE AND THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU AND WILL MORE THAN LIKELY TRY TO GET OVER ON YOU.MY COMMENT IS SIMILAR TO OTHER'S EXPERIENCE- WE COULDN'T ALL HAVE MADE THIS UP.My issue:T- Mobiles tech support granted me a warrantee replacement for my device because I was not receiving cell service from T-mobile. This was because it was discovered that the issue the phone was having was not a result of the condition of the phone but due to a failure in the system. This is in conjunction with a lost wallet for which I had a picture of my ID. Even tough this was explained to the three white men who denied me my replacement device due to a cosmetic issue - I was never granted the warrantee replacement under anything other than the fact that I am not able to hold a call longer than 3 min. It acknowledged this was an issue on T-mobile's side and not mine - now I am expected to pay them or buy a new device because their service sucks. Point: Take your business elsewhere, they will nickle , dime, and blame shift so they don't have to actually give you the $150 worht of service you pay for while you don't have that service. If there is an excuse to relieve them of having address their system issue, they will take it and and leave some hourly-paid Proud Boys to refuse you in person. Leave at the earliest convenience, because they will leave you paying for service you can't receive as a result of a software issue because it is convenient.Update: Called into 611 again the rep explained to us again regarding the terms of a warrantee replacement:Damages to the phone that would make it irreplaceable within the context of the phone facing system errors ( "The phone is not on a registered network." pop-up ), as long as the phone is not in water damage or significant disrepair that cannot be refurbished (as in it must cause issue to the function of the device) it can be replaced under the context of warrantee because of the system error. I will be getting my phone as it was originally explained to us and now explained again. Do not send or take business to this store - and even if they close it and the people who work there move round, keep your interactions remote in this area.

Avoid this 3rd party excuse for a T Mobile. They are only there to take as much money as they can from you. The manager overcharges and is very impatient. Cedar Hills is only a few minutes away.

Be aware! If you go to this store you will be lied to.If you dont buy additional products, they won't sell you the phone. They will say it's not in stock. You will get additional charges on you bill because they will commit fraud and add lines to your account. They will direct you to another store near Washington Square which is 100% better! This location needs to be shut down!

Do not go to this store! You will be scammed. You will leave with additional lines and phones on your account that you didn't request. This location is not owned by T-mobile. The company that owns it forces their employees to be fraudulent.

Very messed up situation. Since I didn’t buy the extra line they were selling, all of the sudden they “didn’t have the phone in stock” and sent me to another location to buy my phone outright. Well, it turned out they had plenty of phones in stock but since I didn’t buy a new line, they sent me somewhere else.

Terrible experience here. My mom and I went to this store a couple of months ago to buy her an iPhone. Eric, the store manager, falsely told us that there was a promotion going on where we would receive a free Apple Watch with our purchase of an iPhone. When I expressed hesitation about paying for an added line of service to my account, he asked me if I would be interested in the Apple Watch if he threw in a $100 credit on my account because the store “needed their numbers up.” I sensed something weird but ignored my gut feeling so I agreed. He then told me there was a promotion where I could add extra lines (I think 3?) to my account for free—didn’t matter if I was using them or not. They would be there in the future for any point that I wanted them. Also a little weird, but I agreed. Fast forward about a month, and my bill is twice as much as it used to be. I’m paying for lines that I’m not using, paying for a $250 Apple Watch in payments for the next 2 years, and there was never a $100 credit applied to my account. This is fraud and illegal. I see other people mentioning false promotions which is alarming. I would be careful if I was whoever is Eric’s employer—it’s a risky thing to have someone managing your store who’s giving false information about promotions to customers.

Jackob and team are the worst I've dealt with. I would run far from this store. They're very off putting and come up with zero solutions to problems with their equipment. Because of this experience I'm leaving T-Mobile.

It's important to know that this store is a third-party T-Mobile purveyor and not an official T-Mobile outlet. The staff is very helpful, nice, and fairly knowledgeable, but they are not officially trained by the corporation and therefore have some gaps in their capabilities and knowledge. This store is more of a retailer than they are a troubleshooter/diagnostic store. While our experiences here have been pleasant, members of the staff have sometimes overlooked simple steps like activating our devices, which have led to us spending fruitless hours with online customer service. But after going to an official T-Mobile store and consulting a representative there, the solution is something very basic and non-technical that was overlooked by the employees at this store.I would suggest going to a nearby official T-Mobile outlet for most needs. I will say that the customer service here is very personable and good. But the staff needs better and more advanced training from T-Mobile.

I bought a phone that was on sale. Upon viewing my account I found that I was not given the sale price. Now I'm being charged an additional $400. I would not have bought it if that was the case. This is a very dishonest company.

Hmm, still wondering, I promise to follow up with this. Baker is a great asset to TMobile, really goes out of his way. I plan a return visit tomorrow after talking with corporate again.

Went in today to see about switching my wireless, brought in the ad that T-Mobile had mailed to me. Thadd was the only one there and claimed it was an internet offer--despite the ad clearly stating to bring it in. When I pointed that out, Thadd said the didn't offer it-then he checked as they did. Asked about the phone I wanted, he stated it was discontinued and they only had the new iPhone 14. Wasn't interested in actually helping me. Skip this 'franchise' store and go to the corporate store in the mall. They were very professional, helpful and had the phone I wanted. Leave Thadd alone. He's too busy playing on his phone.

T-Mobile is the most ice cold place I've ever been too as a customer they do not give a s*** about you they hate their jobs at least that's the way it seemed to me
