The young man, was rushing me and My Son, because it was New Year's Day. Anyway I got my Son an phone and I chose not to get one for myself. I wanted to get out the store didn't like the young man's service. I'll just order myself a phone online even though the store is in my neighborhood. I won't be going in there anytime soon. I normally make all my purchases at this location. Anyway I won't be going back anytime soon.

Do not do business with t-mobile. I broke my phone in October 2022. I returned the broken phone and got a replacement through insurance through T-Mobile in November of 2022. In January of 2023 T-Mobile charged me $800 for the phone that I returned. Over the next 4 months I had to call T-Mobile 12 times to get the issue rectified. Every single time I called them they acted like they didn't know what was already going on and they never solved my problem. They told me over and over again that my phones would not be shut off due to non-payment of the $800 that they charged me in error. They told me multiple different timelines of when the issue would be resolved. The issue was never resolved and after my phones being shut off for the third time I paid $1,760 to get away from T-Mobile and their horrible business practices. It is now almost June of 2023 and I still have not received a refund for the $800 that they owe me for the phone that I returned. I have called them three times to request a refund. The first time the refund was denied because it was too early to request a refund and they never told me. The second time the refund was denied because they put in the wrong refund reason and they never told me. The third time I called they told me that they would make sure that it would get done and refunded to my bank account. I received a call the next day stating that they had refunded the money but they put it back on the credit card that it was paid off of. I no longer have access to that credit card and I never gave them permission to put any money back on that card. Their resolution to this was for me to figure it out with the bank that they sent it to because they're done with me. Their customer service line is the worst that I have ever dealt with. The stores are not much better because I tried to go into the store at Mall 205 to get them to help me with this horrible ordeal with their customer service and I had to request that I speak with the manager SEVERAL TIMES before they even tried to help me with their customer service nightmare.

This store lied to me, I traded a phone in and they told me I would get a $800 trade in credit, witch was a lie, they only gave me $55 for a brand new Samsung Note lol, so they basically robbed me of $800 plus the IPhone that I have to pay $900 for! Don't be fooled by there trade-in deals! They would not help me at all. AGAIN DO NOT BUY FROM T-MOBILE!

Customer service was terrible, I came in to return a router on my lunch break and dude obviously treated me like I was a Crack head because I didn't want to stand around for 10 minutes wasting time for something that should be a quick drop off. Prioritize the customer you're working with and treat them with - not even respect just at least some consideration/kindness, dont laugh at someone and use the customer for entertainment because you're chilling taking your time. Also, being petty and not just throwing away the box you guys shipped it to me in? Dude needs retraining cause he's way too comfortable being a ? to customers. ? if you want a good experience visit the one by grocery outlet on SE division - they have a stellar team and are very reliable ?

Experienced some of the worst customer service here. Tried to trade in my phone (I just needed to hand it in) but the employee just brushed me off and went to another customer without even looking at it.

Been here a few times, don't wanna sound bad but every time I end up getting out of there with no solution to my problemsThey tell me call t mobile or sprint because I have accounts with both of them is like they don't wanna help, I get more help from the one on division

Great customer service. I prefer this store over the one off 122nd and Halsey. Alec was really nice and helpful. Actually I've dealt with two other employees at the Mall 205 store and they are all just as nice and helpful. When I'm in town, I will rather drive to this store than deal with the employees at the Halsey store.

If I could give a 0 star rating I so would. Customer service the worst, it seems like these people who work at this location know zero about customer service… Do not recommend to anyone.

Magali went above and beyond in customer satisfaction and service, she took the time out of her day to try to help my husband and I find the plan that fit our needs and budget. She tried everything she could to fight to keep my husband's phone number the same, including calling his old provider herself! She was amazing and helpful and we loved her :)
