WARNING!!! They add things to your account without your knowledge. Recently, I upgraded an iPhone on my account, and the representative (badge said manager) asked if we wanted their warranty service. I repeatedly said no and mentioned that I was purchasing AppleCare directly from Apple. However, upon checking my bill after returning home, I discovered that they had added it anyway. Despite purchasing only the phone and screen protector from them, they still managed to scam me by adding something I explicitly stated I did not want. Now, I'm caught in a back-and-forth with T-Mobile to rectify the situation. If you're looking to get scammed, this is the place to go.

The Samsung rep for this store sucks. I came in for the Motorola razr specifically but he kept trying to sell me on his samsung phone that is doubled in price. He never listened to me, and kept pushing me to the samsung. I left without buying anything at all because he kept telling me he didn't "think" he had the phone I wanted in store but never went to check. Will avoid this store if I can help it.

This place is running scams!! Do not go here! They make false promises and won’t follow through with anything they say. They will say “don’t worry you’ll see it on your next billing cycle” which of course you never do. It’s all lies. They complain that customer care and retail stores don’t communicate with one another and are constantly blaming each other. It’s a disastrous situation.

Do not go here!!! My girlfriend recently got scammed from this location! They made false promises and didn’t follow through with anything they told her. They even had the audacity to blame her. Do yourself a favor and try a different carrier!

Tmobile is scamming people on their insurance. I have been a customer for about five years. We recently tried to do a claim on my wife's phone that she broke. We took the phone to a Tmobile store in our area. They told us to file a claim it cannot be fixed or upgraded. In the meantime she took the Sim card out and put it in an old phone. Now Tmobile is telling us they won't replace the phone because she switched the Sim card to a different phone. They said that the insurance is on the plan, and not on the phone I bought the insurance for and paid on for five years. I'm going to sue Tmobile for shady business practices and Assurant also. I think this is the most shady business practices yet. They are literally stealing money from people for insurance. I bought insurance for the new phone not one that i had laying around the house. For Tmobile to say they will not honor it. Is not the type of business a large business like Tmobile should be doing.

This was an amazing customer service experience! Starting with Dallas who was so understanding and helpful . To Tony and Jeffery who were pleasant and helpful . And wrapping up with the amazing kaitlyn who was so patient and beyond helpful to my confused situation and mind set ! Best customer service I have had in a long time ! The way it could be !! I will stay with T-Mobile due to them !!!!

I went in to get assistance with my getting my new SIM card activated and Dallas was so helpful and very patient? I only wish that I would have cleaned the cookie crumbs from my phone case before going ? Thanks so much!
