Worse customer service ever. David the manager was a complete snob and refused to even attempt to help. I called ahead to see about coming to swap out a modem. Asked if I needed the bring anything aside from the modem. Nothing else needed. I had gone to this specific location since they were open ( 30 minutes away since the 1st location was closed) he wouldn’t gone me the time of day since I didn’t bring the cord. I said I would pay for the cord, even though I wasn’t told they needed it, or offered for them to keep the new cord. He just walked away and refused to even attempt to help.

I entered the store and was halfway greated by the staff. David (RAM), Amy, and another you g lady stood at the counter on their devices and failed to greet me at the door. Amy advised that I could come to the counter and get assistance. Amy lacks customer service and empathy for what the customers may be going through. She halfway helped with what I came into the store for. Because I needed to purchase accessories also, I asked Trendan to check me out, because his customer service was extremely amazing. At one point, a customer came in with their service disconnected and Amy refused to give any support, any options on how to restore service, and was adamant that the only option this customer had was to call care. As a paying customer and employee, I was very disgusted with the lack of customer from this team (except Trendan). Everyone was on their phones, having personal conversations instead of showing interest to the customers and their needs. Trendan definitely deserves all of the praises and more!

Here to pick up my new phone that was to here. Was told they almost sent it back because they don't do that at the store and was told to tell T-Mobile customer service to that. Sorry not my job to tell your company what they can do. Customer for 22 years with T-Mobile..felt pretty disrespected. Won't be returning to this store.

Come in at 10:am at the time they're supposed to be open, but I have been waiting 30 minutes at the front door and still does the door closed.

I walked in to this T-Mobile near Southeast 122nd and Division Street after I called to find out if they had the newer brand and type of cell phone that I looked up on the T-Mobile website. I was able to purchase one and there were a few other people inside this location. There weren't any cell phones on display on the afternoon that I arrived. There were a few questions that the manager Angel answered while he got my cell phone ready for me. I was told there would be a short wait for a stock check in the back storage area for a similar cell phone for my darling Husband. There was another dude that went to look. I was going to tell Angel that I could return the next day after there were some more boxes of inventory that were processed... but, the other dude brought out a similar smart phone. I asked about faster chargers. I bought two (one for each cell phone). There were a few people who tried to "jump the line" while thepre were people waiting to get inside. I didn't know that a Wednesday before 7 PM would be so busy at this location. Also, there weren't that many parking spots in front of this location when I arrived. I didn't see the last person in line had backed onto the sidewalk in front of me. I think I scared that person when I said "Excuse me." There were about thirteen other people who were waiting in the line after I left with those two newer cell phones. I bought a case for my darling Husband's phone on that afternoon. I had to return later (a different day) for a cell phone case for my newer cell phone. I haven't had any issues with my or my Schmoopie's (that's my husband) cell phones. I am very happy with my and my Schmoopie's Android cell phones.

Well, they helped me mail out my exchange device when I was having trouble at another location so I give them credit for that. The girl that helped me was very friendly and made me feel at ease.

The amount of attitude they have this store’s employees is ridiculous. If you don’t like your job do something else but don’n be giving people attitude. I’m starting to dislike t-mobile cuz of this store. They be freaking rude and disrespectful.

ADDY IS AMAZING! I came into the store extremely overwhelmed, stressed and confused, and left happy, relieved and grateful. My phone broke on me and I had to get a new phone+plan same day. I had no knowledge of how it works or any knowledge of new phones and plans. Addy was extremely patient and kind to me throughout the quick process. She is an employee that'll go above and beyond. Give that girl a raise!

The park is bomb af. Been coming here most of my life. I gave it so few stars because of the fee they charge and the rangers being in your business frm time to time. I just use it as an entrance point to float the sand river. And please mention the office as your exit to a great party on the sand. The office is 3 hours down river. Ish.

I was a long time customer bought 3 phones total but hated the service always lost signal inside stores and while traveling in my own state. Also them voiding my buy one get one contract on the last 2 phones cost b cause I switched companies. Never will I use they’re services again cost me a lot of money and I never got my moneys worth out of the service I had, thanks for nothing t mobile worst 5 g in Oregon Buyers Beware.

Was mailed a collections letter from Verizon because t Moble didn't get me the card for switch and save promotion. Hate they can't take care of business without me being there.
