Jeff at the Hollywood T- Mobile store is awesome!!! I came into the store before closing and he was more than willing to help me. He went above and beyond to resolve all my issues. Customer service and professionalism were impeccable. Thanks again Jeff!!!

Zakyah’s knowledge and customer service skills are amazing! Both he and Erami are so kind and helped my mom and me switch our phones over and went above and beyond making us feel welcomed. They saved the day for sure!

Erami who works here is a gem, super kind and helpful. I’m in the area and came in with my insurance to get a screen protector replacement, and she handled it quickly and perfectly. Usually coming in can be a chore, but this was a pleasant visit

The employees at this store get 5 stars. The store, and T-Mobile's customer onboarding process, zero stars. The store was about 90 degrees inside on an 80 degree day, and there was a huge line of people all complaining about the temperature. There was an insufficient rental AC unit that apparently has been there for at least a few months, because the employees mentioned it had been there on one of Portland's 100 degree days. One customer walked out, and I almost did, mid-signup process.I was trying to sign up for service, switching over from AT&T. I'd tried to do so twice already online - both times I was told I'd receive a callback, and no one did, so I had to go into the store.The sign up process did not go smoothly. I had to redo a credit check, security check, there was an issue with the pin codes - they had to call a remote activation center twice to complete the process - the whole thing took about 45 minutes - meanwhile people were waiting behind me.Despite all that, Ahren and Erami somehow were extremely patient, helpful, and positive. I could tell that they knew what they were doing - the systems just aren't set up well for success.They deserve better working conditions and a raise for putting up with grumpy customers, hot conditions, and confusing logistical process hurdles that were not at all their fault. I tried to leave positive feedback for them through T-mobile chat support (there is no email), and was told there is no way to do that...

Drove all the way from N Portland on a rainy Tuesday night and arrived at 7:05pm to realize that the store was already closed. Store hours are 10a-8p! How can you close the store 55 minutes before the closing time? For a minute I felt that I was in the third world country. Never going back to this location again ??

I went on a busy morning to try to fix a sim card issue with my new phone. The employees were all very nice despite being busy and they had an orderly wait list formed to serve customers fairly. Once it was my turn, Crystal sorted me out pleasantly and efficiently and I was on my way with a working phone.

Horrible customer service!!! They’re making things more complicated then other T-Mobile locations. We just want to know if they have any IPhone in stock and they wanted us to come in store then wait 10 mins just to check on inventory!!!!

Terrible customer service … I almost never leave reviews but the dude working was sooo bored and so uninterested and soooo not helpful so I left. Went to T-Mobile on broadway and got the best customer service and a new phone.

King the manager was a huge help he got 3 phone lines and 2 tablets set up with ease and I would recommend going into to see him for any technical support he was a huge help!!!

I am deeply disappointed with the service at this particular T-Mobile store. I can attest to the poor service because immediately after my visit, I went to another T-mobile store where service was 100x better. The two employees I encountered were King and unknown coworker who was a white woman with reddish hair.The employees were dismissive, rude, and downright incompetent. If I wasn’t already signed up with T-Mobile, I would have pursued another phone company after this interaction alone. Also, the employees blared trap music loudly on the speakers, a style of music that does not necessarily appeal to the masses. These two employees need to be reprimanded or fired immediately. I will be pursuing punitive action against the TMobile brand and these two employees in particular. TERRIBLE service. 0 starts. So poor that this company owns me stars for my time and energy. Please do anything you can to avoid this store.

Great place and location. Customer service is top notch!! They treat you with respect and are very knowledgeable about everything. Store is well kept and very clean.
