Taco Bell is an easy way to get a meal that fills you up for a low price. I usually get their $5 boxes that come with a burrito, two tacos, and a Baja Blast as a drink. The employees working there were very nice and friendly. I would recommend coming here and getting yourself something to eat at a low price.Vegetarian options: Not really that many vegetarian operations.Parking: There is a small parking lot right outside as well at the drive-throughKid-friendliness: Super kid-friendly.

Without a doubt the worst branch, the Latin employees who have been working there for a long time, whether men or women, are the worst, they shout, serve poorly, are equated with customers, in a word they don't know customer service, the treatment The people who deliver are worse, they yell at them in addition to fighting with them, the branch is closed, I imagine because if they treat customers that way, I don't doubt that more than one person will get angry and react angrier than normal, because the treatment of the customers employees is unacceptable, if you want to be mistreated by workers here is the perfect place.

The only thing that was ok was the lady who took my order, which made the screen look right. After that, everything about my order was bad. I asked for some stuff separately, bagged got everything mixed up, and in different bags, some food was out of its package and just sitting in the bottom of the bag. Tons of napkins and sauces were piled in even tho I asked for like only 5 packets. The worst thing about my order that has me saying avoid this tacobell is :> bought 2 nearly 7 dollar grilled cheese burrito and I got nearly empty tortias with not even fully grilled cheese on it look at picture attached.< if only you could understand how dismal this serving was whoever made this knows they fuqd up and let it get served anyway!!!!! ):<I feel like I should get my food replaced for free or a full refund, but I see this being unlikely as it is a tacobell. My warning is don't go to this one if you can help it cause you won't get your money's worth and your chances of being disappointed are very high with this one. If you're reading this and you have had a similar experience, I encourage you to starve this location of money and stop going here so they can close and something better can take its place.

Lobby closed, not allowed to use drive-thru. Forced to wait outside in the rain

I was sent to pick up some grubhub orders from this location. It says in the app “go to the lobby, if the lobby is closed go through the drive thru” the lobby was closed, so I go through the drive through. I think it shouldn’t take long as there is only one car ahead of me at the box they ask for a moment before getting to me and I say fine. I wait about 8 minutes and then they get back on the mic. I let them know I have 2 orders for grubhub. She apologized for the wait and says there is a pickup window for that. I ask if she can just hand me them through the drive thru like the app says and she says “if the cameras see me I could get in big trouble” a weird hostile management it seems like. The exit from the drive thru is a right turn only so I would have to go back around the block to get to the lot. There is no one behind me, and the window is right by the drive thru exit, the app said they were ready, so I move out of the way of the drive thru window and go to pick up at the window, the guy at the window says he won’t give it to me until I move my car. At this point I have wasted enough time and they have made this way to difficult and complicated that I don’t even care about the $3 I would make delivering it, and tell him I’ll just cancel it.I don’t understand why fast food places are so weird about 3rd party delivery. When the lobby is open, and people go in, they seem to almost never be attended anymore, all focus is on the drive thru. So it ends up taking longer, but if you aren’t going to allow pickups through the drive thru maybe don’t put in the pickup details (which I know the owner or manager has to set because I have a restaurant on 3rd party apps) also why put the window in the most inconvenient place where after following the instructions in the app, you will have to turn twice onto a busy street just to get back into the parking lot. Be nicer to your associates and the separate window for 3rd party pickups is a bad idea that you should stop using.

Food was good. Typical Taco Bell food. Lobby wasn’t open. Parking lot was a bit dirty. Not surprising for its location near downtown Portland.

Have had mixed visits here. Once was told at 10:30p.m. that they were closed because they ran out of food....next visit I was let walk through the drive thru as it was late and I was on foot. Never know what kinda service you will get.

They've gotten much better at accuracy, though that might just be luck of high turnover. However, the TB app hasn't worked at this site (just this one) for almost two years. ?
