The only reason I go to this location is because it's close. Half the time, they screw up my order, either by messing up a burrito or forgetting to include an item altogether. That might not seem like that big of a deal, but when I have to take the light rail to and from here, it's not something that can be easily remedied. Contacting their customer service doesn't do a thing, either - I've yet to hear back from them, even once.

3 stars for the food because The soft Taco tortillas were soggy and mushy by the time I got home and I only live a three block distance. I gave service four stars instead of five because they were quick and friendly. However, I ordered a couple items too much and asked to get them removed before I paid and they refused and they said they couldn't do it. I gave four stars for atmosphere because it was a newer restaurant building but All of the windows to the building were hazy and dirty and just unappealing.

Weirdest experience. My partner ordered through the app and we went to pick it up through the drive thru. No one seemed to be there when we arrived. There was an employee at the front of the store, but it was dark and they weren't doing anything. We waited at the microphone for about 5 minutes and tried calling with no answer. Other cars pulled up behind us and we moved forward to see if we could get service at the window. After a few minutes at the window, an employee emerged from the back. We said we were picking up an order and he just said "okay" and then disappeared. After 5 more minutes, the cars behind us started honking because they hadn't gotten service and apparently wanted to leave. We looped around again to let the other cars out and saw two more cars leaving. Back at the window, we waited for about 10 more minutes before we got our order. Also, while waiting in the drive thru lane, some guy was standing 5ft behind the car, loitering and smoking. It was after 10pm and this made us feel kind of unsafe. All in all, we waited for 25 minutes, saw 5 other cars give up on service, and felt unsafe. And when we got home we realized that they forgot the hot sauce for our order.

How they can justify being closed before 11 when you're literally one of the only places to eat next to swan island where people are working around the clock, ill never know. Maybe if they paid their employees more they could maintain adequate staffing.

I'm a dasher and every time I would get a dash here they weren't doing door dash orders .. instead of telling my customers who placed the orders I would have to after they had already waited 20 minutes for me to arrive with their food ...

It's Taco Bell, you know what you're getting into. It's cheap, it's edible, it's served in a polite and timely manner. Don't expect much else. Never really busy as far as I can tell so that's nice. I wish there were some more fast food options on this street.

I WILL NEVER SPEND MY$ N THIS PLACE! I WOULD SUGGEST IF U FIND MIND WORKING THEY'RE& NOT GETTING PAID 4 DOING THE CASHIER'S JOB, & SHOWING UP EVEN THERE R NO CARD N LOT, NO ONE INSIDE & 1 CAR N DON'T THRU & STANDING AT COUNTER. WORK NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THEN PLEASE BY ALL MEANS FIND YOUR $ TO THEM. WENT N ONE TIME& A GOOD 5 MINUTES AFTER EVERYONE ELSE HAD LEFT THEY WOULDN'T DIDN'T EVEN KNOW I WAS THERE.
