Quoted me $190, then told me he would give me a discount for working in the area, then charged me $200Came in on Thursday, I told him I didn’t need it same day and that tomorrow was okay, he thanked me for my understanding. I came back to pick it up Friday he told me there was a shipment delay and that it wouldn’t be ready until Tuesday. Okay.I go in today (Thursday) to pick up my phone and he is annoyed that I didn’t pick it up Tuesday. Feels the need to mention it again, “we’ve been holding on to your phone for many days” he says.Brother, you quoted me next day then made me wait 5, you then put it in a drawer and waited 2 days for me to grab it. I made you wait 2 days but you made me wait 5, so why do you act annoyed? You should say sorry and give me a discount, maybe even the discount you already told me you were going to give me before upcharging by 10$I have no issue with the service, I think the screen replacement is fine, I think the customer service is lacking.You should quote accurate prices, you should call customers and warn them when their phones aren’t going to be ready so they don’t waste a trip to your store, and you should not act annoyed to customers when they are showing you patience and grace, otherwise was great ?

Awful awful experience, don't believe anything this dude tells you at the counter.I had a cracked screen and needed it replaced so I went here because they were recommended by a friend, even though it was a little far from me.Day 1 I chat with the man at the booth who tells me that he has to order the screen, but no problem it comes tomorrow and I could just show up at around 3pm tomorrow and they'll take care of it. I pre-pay and go on my way.Day 2, I show up around 4pm, wanting to give them some extra time for a potential late shipment. The guy at the counter just sorta shrugs and says oh, ya it's not here. Sorry. Maybe tomorrow. now this is a 45 minute drive each way for me, so I'm not super thrilled. A simple call, or text would have saved me 1.5 hours of driving and a lot of headaches, but that would apparently be too much effort for this guy.Day 3, I wait a few days, wanting to give them the most time possible to receive the shipment. I show up at the time they open and the guy just looks at me, shrugs, and says "oh ya sorry our tech isn't here today. come back tonight maybe. Again, no call, no message, no service, just 1.5 hours of my time, gas, and headache.Day 4, I am finally able to get my phone fixed. This was a full week of nonsense, 6 hours of total drive time, traffic, gas, going to a mall etc. I could have bought a new phone for this much headache. These guys are absolutely terrible, cannot recommend.

Do not go to Talk N Fix I'm currently going through a charge back through my credit card company. If I could rate 0/5 stars I wouldI got my phone screen fixed 3 weeks ago only for my screen to start glitching this morning when I woke up. When I went in to get it covered under their warranty they refused to cover me saying I dropped it wanting to charge me again for a faulty screen they installed.I'm extremely frustrated with their customer service, it's extremely scummy to sell faulty screens and then expect the customer to pay AGAIN, then accusing the customer of dropping it when the screen isn't even cracked or scratched is wild.I went over to their competitor across and they took care of me well and did a much more professional job plus they threw in a free screen protector.

These guys are dishonest wheeler and dealers. Beware.I am currently disputing their charge with my bank. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.Here’s my story;Brought in my phone to replace the screen my. Face ID worked fine. When I returned, the technician told me that the person who worked on the phone before broke my Face ID. He denied breaking it, but could not give me an explanation as to why it was not working now. After some conversation, he said he would replace it And he put a used part in. Then he entered my passcode too many times, so my phone was locked for 10 minutes. Being the trusting person I was, I assumed the Face ID was fixed since the screen was working. Also, he informed me their credit machine was now working. He asked me to go to the ATM to pay him cash. I declined. He tried to run my card and it did not go through. We agreed I would return and pay cash the next day at a discounted rate. I contacted them the next day to let them know my Face ID did not work. He said he would fix it and he informed me that they were able to charge my card the full $150 after telling me the previous day that my credit card information would not be stored in his system. Now that he has his money he has ghosted me and will not respond to my outreach.

The screen they used isn't an Apple screen, the colors are way off, its not a water proof device anymore. Absolute scam. I filled a BBB complaint and looking to halt payment through my bank. Stay away!

Was trying to charge my phone off a dead battery pack and thought my phone was broken. Took it in, they plugged it in and they realized I was an idiot for not trying to charge off a wall charger. They asked me to come back in 10 minutes, came back, they said they fixed it but that would need to buy a new cable. Declined the new cable so they charged me $50 bucks. I offered $40 cash and they accepted. They are not honest business people.

My 5 year old grandson discovered Talk N' Fix on his first trip to the mall. He was shopping a case for his phone. They asked what kind of phone he had and were amused when they learned it was a fake phone. They found him a case and gave it to him. Customer for life!
