Located inside the Whole Foods. It's like a worse version of Chipotle. They had very few ingredients to choose from.

Very poor customer service. Terrible product quality. They had damaged items for sale and when brought to the service members attention, they said that was the only one available if I wanted to purchase anyway. (Didn't remove from shelf, just walked away) They didn't have any other items I was looking for in stock either.

I used to like to shop here, but recently the quality has gone downhill. Specifically, I bought a couple of their Rice Krispie bars from the bakery, & they tasted like they were made with VERY stale cereal. Then, when you try to contact Whole Foods, nobody answers.

I have ordered Chantilly Berry cake for a birthday and I asked for it to be customized , I picked it up two days after and it had nothing to do with the Chantilly Cake that I tried a couple of months ago , they have soaked it in an awful syrap, the cake itself was soagy , it was the worst cake aI have ever tried. And the thing is their cakes are not cheap , we have paid 32$ for it, I am not buying anything from their bakery again.

Best Whole Foods Amazon pick up in the Portland area. No need to try the others thanks for all you do during these times!

WF sent me a nice ad in my email today for sales on sirloin steak, beef and chicken kabobs and other items. I decided to shop there even though WF is out of my way cause prices looked so goof. Well it was to good to be true. Much higher prices on all the items, I was told computer different stories by butcher and supervisor but none rang true. I guess Bezos will do any thing to pay for his ride. How many people did they rip off today? How many other stores?

Your first visit to a Whole Foods is likely to be an eye-opening experience, and similar to the feeling that washes over you during your first time at an upscale Asian grocery such as Uwajimaya or H-Mart: you are suddenly introduced to a world of culinary choices you were likely unaware even existed! Places like Whole Foods exist to re-define cuisine, beyond the basics offered by the WinCos and Walmarts of the world, and introduce you to the broader oeuvre of culinary choice that is the province of the world beyond our borders. That sounds like big talk and high praise, but Whole Foods (and the aforementioned grocers) deserve it. And despite this particular store's rather wonky location and issues with accessibility (i.e. lack of adequate parking), its one of the best. Freshness, variety, quality...three things that make a grocery store or chain truly great. That subtle rush you get, upon walking through the doors, of anticipation at discovering and trying new and exciting things - that's a hallmark of excellence and distinction, and it happens almost every time. I've patronized New Seasons, Trader Joes and other, similar chains, but Whole Foods is in a league of its own, and always has been, even before the Amazonian takeover which, in all truth, only further improved the experience, in my opinion (admission: I am a confessed Amazon Prime abuser). Whether or not you've bought into the (formerly) Bezos ecosystem, everything about the operation here, from Amazon Fresh delivery, to the general cleanliness and orderliness of the store, to the exceptionally friendly and helpful customer service, is downright impeccable. About the only point of contention and complaint is...you guessed it: price. You *will* pay a premium for freshness, quality, variety and specialty: all-natural, free-range, grass-fed, organic, vegan, keto, diabetic-friendly, and every other "hipster" adjective on your Millennial Bingo card can be found here. And in my opinion, this is as it should be. Heck, even I know that most people cannot reasonably afford to commit the entirety of their grocery budget to a Whole Foods; we would all starve to death! But at least we would die happy, and reasonably healthy, despite the malnutrition. In short, shop elsewhere for the staples and commodities (equivalent produce at bargain prices can be found at any Asian grocery), but come to Whole Foods to treat yourself to something special, or to find that special product that caters to your dietary restrictions or moral compunctions. Just be sure to bring your Prime membership (download the Whole Foods app and link it to your Amazon account), and a fat wallet. Don't worry, it looks good on you, and you'll burn the calories off later, anyway.

I didn't know where I could put this Amazon Fresh review so others would see it & I know Amazon bought Whole Foods, so, here goes. BEWARE, after you put your Amazon Fresh grocery delivery order in, the only thing you can do is cancel it. You cannot edit it or more importantly, add items. I forgot milk (and I am disabled & rely on this delivery service) and I tried over 3 hours before it was suppose to be delivered, the shopper hadn't started shopping, I contacted customer service & after chatting with 3 different departments, they said all I could do was cancel the order & start over, which wasn't possible for me. I love Amazon Fresh but they shouldn't say you can edit or add to your order when you can't!

Haven't been to whole foods market ever since they closed down the vancouver location, but I did today and was super excited to purchase one of their best tasting apple pie IMO. To my dismay, the pie is completely different and purely lacking in taste/flavor. Wth happened?! I rather purchase my next one in the frozen food aisle and re heat Marie Calendar apple pie at home. Very disappointed (Bring back the original pie pls!!!)

Lol I hate this store and it's not because of the food that they sell that stuff is amazing . It's your staff ! Why do you hire people that act like they have something better to do ? Or that it's beneath them . And they choose to work here , or if you ask someone that's not a manager of a department . They just a produce guy and you just asked them to do science ... I'm just at a lost for words can they not get good regular non hipsters to work here ???

I've ordered Thanksgiving dinner from here for the last couple years. This year I've got to say, it was awful. The stuffing was dry and bland and the pies were the worst. Never again.

Have to stop on Thanksgiving to give this store a five star review. I ordered Thanksgiving dinner with holiday sides, including a gluten free pumpkin pie. The order was mixed up and someone else received the last gluten free pie that was meant for my order. I was disappointed but noticed that customer service from store employees was very attentive and they went out of their way to correct the order for me, even refunding the pie amount and provided a gift card for shopping later. They also arranged for another GF pie at a different store taking care of everything. I just wanted to take a moment to say that these store employees are very dedicated to customer satisfaction, and I'd like to particularly thank Rob in Customer Service, and another woman if I had her name - Rob probably knows. The two of them were both awesome and I can't thank them enough for taking care of my order and making my holiday bright. It may seem small, but when you spend the holidays alone because of the pandemic and just want to enjoy a good holiday meal, it means a lot that people care this way. Thank you to Whole Foods Hollywood location, you guys rock! I hope your holidays are bright too! And by the way, the food was awesome! The corn pudding was great, and turkey was fantastic!
