To the incredibly helpful young man that worked in the target 205 Starbucks that looked up what aisle the icy hot patches were on and walked me to the aisle THANK YOU!!! you are a true example of an amazing employee, a kind human and a crusader in guest experience!!!! Armed guards are wild to me. Like... What could be so dire it requires bringing guns into the conversation. I find it painfully demonstrates that they believe that their clientele are criminals first and human beings last.

TERRIBLE Customer Service!
Plus, I have tried to buy 5 things at different times 'IN STORE' only to be told the same EXCUSE every time that target can order it, but doesn't have it. I CAN ORDER IT MYSELF; STOP YOUR DECEITFUL LYING - YOUR ONLINE SEVICE SUCKS!!

Good selection. Problem i have is the cashier was incredibly rude. They just completely ignore you even when you're standing right there. Also, I got a cold drink out of one of the coolers by the register and it was really warm. I feel like if they focused all the energy that they are using in security in an actual customer service the place would be a lot better.
(I used to be a cashier and the unprofessionalism is quite astounding... they really hire just about ANYONE now don't they??)

Good God they found new way to steal! If there doing this with toys there probably doing this with other things. So we're supposed to open it with the cashier or we won't be refunded?! Disappointing.

Hello! I bought things in this store today and after counting the money twice, I gave 22 dollars and the rest by card. after taking the receipt, I saw that there was only 18 in cash, when I asked, they answered that this was all I gave. Look carefully at what they do with your cash. It's not a big amount for which I was cheated and it was unpleasant and I no longer trust this store.

Nobody came to unlock an item when I pressed a button, someone was supposed to come help me. Will find the item somewhere else.

The lines to check out are HORRENDOUS here! They removed the self-checkout lanes without adding more checkout lines. You can easily wait 20 minutes or longer to check out one item! I refuse to shop here anymore. It's actually faster for me to drive to Winco or Safeway than to shop here, even though this store is the closes to my house.

Can confirm what many other reviews have said: many items are locked up, the self-checkout appears to be permanently closed, always long lines. I had a dentist appointment and I needed to grab a single item before. Two minutes to grab the item, I was in a line of about 10 people with a single checker. It became clear that my wait was going to be 10+ minutes so I had to leave my item and walk out. Only come here if you have the time to wait in line for 10+ minutes.

The employee delivering to my car was respectful, acknowledging my wait time. The product and the ease of online ordering was perfect!
