If you are going to lock up all of your products you need to staff enough employees to open up the cases or else you are gonna suffer way more than a little shop lifting. I waited 15 minutes for someone to come open up the body wash cabinet and no one ever came. They don't have enough employees to open up cases for paying customers and yet they have money to pay 4 security guards to stand around and do nothing and make fun of old ladies for farting .... Very disappointing, I will not be coming here anymore

Only one register open, no matter what time of the day you come. Only one self checkout area open. Long lines and wait time. Almost all items out of stock. Corporate needs to visit this location and remedy the problem

They didn't have real leather belts, and the belts cost at least twice as much as a year and a half ago. Some of the belts were nearly three times as much.

I used to love shopping here but the vibes are ruined. Heavy security, everything is now behind glass, including socks which is just so sad. Doesn't feel like a fun little treat to go here anymore. Disorganized and messy.

Always have on-trend fashion and a variety to choose from. Bonus: fresh groceries and a Starbucks in the store!

Been to this location 3 times in the last year. Everytime I get followed around by plain clothes security. It's more comical than anything because I'm a government employee and I'm sure I make 3 times as much money as they do. I dont need to steal anything. Even more funny is the groups of teenagers and crackheads that are successful at stealing because you're focused on me. Probably sucks even more that you're paying for a security team that makes your paying customers feel so uncomfortable that they don't want to shop there. Now you can't figure out why you're losing money and have to close your doors. That has to suck!

They've locked up all the deodorant, and you must ring a sensor to call someone to unlock it (along with a ton of other toiletries). I waited 20 minutes for someone to unlock it and it appears all the employees are swamped and are unable to help me (absolutely not their fault). They need to hire more people and let customers freely buy toiletries. This totally sucks, won't be coming back here.

Had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with Robbie. He was completely un professional and rude. His manurisms and lip smacking when I was asking about a mistocked item was complete uncalled for. People make mistakes I can understand that. I had a picture of multiple items in the wrong spot and he insisted a customer did it. I'm on a crutch and had to walk to the back of the store to show him where it was. I was very displeased with the lack of service and professionalism of a person in a management position.

Called ahead of time to make sure they had a specific item and was told over the phone that they did. Drove 20 minutes out of my way to purchase the item and it wasn't there. Guess the person didn't actually check for some reason. Irritating. Two stars because your employees are pretty and nice in person.
