The management in this store is horrible. There is a lead named Jack who is verbally abusive to his employees and customers. I have witnessed this myself. He should not be employed by Target he gives Target a bad name. I shop in this store regularly and have seen many instances of leads speaking down to employees. Employees are afraid that they will be retaliated against so they don't speak up for themselves. When I went to someone to complain I was told I was the problem. I am the customer! What happened to the customer is always right??? Target needs to step up their game and value their longtime employees more and take out the trash that thinks they above everyone else. Good management works with their employees and does not talk down to them. Target Corporate make a change!!!! You are losing valuable employees because of an ignorant small minded lead. The entire management team needs to restructured or separated.

I've always loved Target and I understand the need to lock things up. But if Target is going to do that, there needs to be staff available to unlock them when a customer wants something. An average wait time for each section, each time is about 10 minutes. There are usually multiple people waiting for something locked up by the time someone shows up.While waiting, we (customers) talk about how Target may lose our business. It's not the employees fault they are understaffed so there isn't a point it complaining to them. This makes a quick Target run nearly impossible. Sadly, Target is getting close to losing my business.

This store has become a dystopian nightmare. Anything you might need to smell or look at the ingredients of is in a locked cabinet and there’s armed security following you around 70% of the time. There is no ease in the shopping experience here and it was actually a fear inducing one lol. One of Targets best qualities was comfortability and it’s simply not there anymore.

Aside from loving Target overall, this location was clean and well kept; the staff was awesome and friendly; and I was happy with the variety in their selection of items and products, without busting my wallet.

If you want to kill 20 minutes wandering around trying to find an employee to open the locked cases with- under wear, socks, deodorant, shampoo, face wash, conditioner than this is the store for you! You can make a quick 15 minute grab a Couple things trip into a hour long excursion as this terrible store. If you’re going to put all your products under lock and key instead of hiring more loss prevention or security guards than at least properly staff your store for employees to get into the product cases!!!!Not only did I spend 20 minutes finding a employee but once I found one they then had to find another employee who had the key for the case to get deodorant AND THEN when he opened the case and I reached in to get the deodorant he said “ excuse me you can’t grab that you need to tell me which one you want!” “Okay sir do you want to spend 5 minutes standing here with each customer to sniff deodorants?!”The checkouts are NEVER open so you have to use self checkout and the line is usually a minimum of 7 people. If you’re saving so much money not staffing this place the least you could do is turn all the unused check stands into self checkouts. GET REAL TARGET this is store is a social experiment right!? I’ll never be back.

What's up with the restrooms? The gaps in the doors and walls are so huge, absolutely zero privacy.

I don't really ever give one star reviews but I am for this one. Good luck if you're trying to buy anything in a locked case (which slowly is becoming more and more items). Finally found an employee who said somebody would be there soon. 10 minutes. Nobody showed. No employees to help but plenty of armed security. It's a sign of society in decline.

Sales tax free, I come from Vancouver when I need over 100$ of provisions...security is a little unsettling, staring everyone down like potential thiefs...meh

One lady at the register and one young man at the self checkout and the line is out past the aisles but they have plenty security guards. Ridiculous to make customers wait this long to check out and without fail there’s always someone in line voicing their frustrations which is understandable. If this store has a manager, maybe corporate should consider replacing them with someone better suited to support the customer and the staff.

For how many security and armed guards there are at this location, you'd think they would be well staffed in all other departments and have clean bathrooms at the very least. There's no way this location sees enough retail theft to amount to this.

I'd rather pay taxes than shop here. I swear half the employees are high. Two of the self checkout areas were down last time we went. Can't get employees to unlock the high value $3.99 toothpaste without a long wait and then searching.

Don't use mobile orders here. The guy loaded a car that arrived after us, and then he was standing there messing with the device for long time looking confused. He approached us and put groceries in the trunk. Said we were good. Get home. Half the stuff is missing. Called in and the mobile order guy said we were lying. The initial attendant in the parking lot obviously realized he was missing bags then decided to not admit it. Loaded us and marked the order as picked up. Low Quality experience. Also the food they gave us is days away from expiring. A pack of tortillas that expire Dec 12th... we ordered on Dec 9th. It's a total scam to offload your expired food on mobile orders. Target offloading it at full price when it will be expired within 72hrs. Many people might call this an organized effort to defraud customers.

Love to shop and buy food. I like shopping out there. The Starbucks is great the young people work hard and listen to you . They fix you any drink you like. My granddaughter do not drink coffee, but they fix her the unsweetened almond milk and fruit mix. They are the best listener at that location. Thanks for your kindness.
