Great experience. Went in and was greated by a hello and smile from Pete. I told him what the issue was he looked at it and said " I have that part in stock, I might be able to fix it today". I received a text 45 minutes later that my repair has been completed. Friendly, knowledgeable and fast.

This place is AMAZING!!!! Travis was SO HELPFUL and kind when my friend needed her tablet fixed. The Apple store had quoted her $300 and he fished the end of the charger for free. This is how you do business!!!!!! Thanks Travis!!!!!!!

The fine folks at The Fix Hut fixed our old, busted computer and truly gave it new life! After a decade of use, its battery wouldn't hold a charge anymore, and the charging port was complete trash and wouldn't allow for a connection to the battery -- so the computer couldn't even stay on reliably while plugged in. The Fix Hut replaced both and I'm actually amazed that this dinosaur of a computer is working again -- thrilled we didn't have to buy a new computer! Thank you!

Travis is very friendly And knows a lot about technology. I would Highly recommend him for any type of repairs you maye need. He is top-notch and he fixed my grandson's iPad in 1 day and it looked better than when I first got it.

Had my Pixel 4a crash and refuse to restart (tried all possible hard resets to no avail). The Fix Hut was able to get it back to me in working condition by the end of the day with a fix I would not have been able to pull off at home (no mention anywhere on the internet about this fix; everything pointed to it being bricked). They were super helpful in explaining the issue and strategies for the best way to replace it. Had never been in before but will definitely be my first stop for future issues going forward.

We have used The Fix Hut three different times to fix our iPhones. We are always very happy with the repairs and we feel that the prices are reasonable. They are always on time and the repairs have thus far been done in a couple hours, we’ve had one screen repaired, two batteries replaced, and my phone needed cleaned out after being dropped one to many times in the garden dirt.

My phone had some moisture in the port, and I was unable to charge it. I took it in to see if I could get it fixed. Luckily, it didn't need the port replaced, and they were able to dry it out. They performed the work gratis. They were kind and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to take my phone or tablet back if it needed a repair.

I came here a few months ago to get my Msi laptop's charger port and hinges fixed. The owner decided to replace my working keyboard without permission with an extreamly cheap knockoff off of the original Msi keyboard. It's brittle and flimsy and multiple keys have stopped working! After the replaced keyboard i noticed my laptops wifi would completely DISAPPEAR leaving me with the option to have enthernet only Had to troubleshoot repeatedly to fix it! The keyboard bulges as if something inside of it is swelling!
The owner was extremely unreliable while my laptop was in his care, I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for my laptop to be fixed and was giving no other updates about my laptop expect "the keyboard is still shiping" for 2-3 months. I had to call this store multiple times for an update as the owner didn't reach out to at all during tboses times and left on vacation without notifying anyone beforehand! I payed alot of money for my laptop to be fixed and it's now in worse condition then when I brought it in!
