If you like horrendously bad Bluetooth speaker sound for full on shows then this is the place correct you!!! Honestly pathetic sound. You could rent speakers and throw an event that would sound better for less than $200 for the night. Pathetically bad sound…

Full bar, pretty much standing room only besides a few seats in the back that fill quickly.

Went to the Crystal method show. The diversity in age was amazing. I had never been to a teckno show; was interesting.

Well run, affordable, and an all around good time. I love a lot of the little touches from this place, like the speakers in the bar area and bathrooms that let you keep listening to the music all the time. Or the great cooling system that keeps the venue from getting too hot. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back some day soon.

Pretty great spot for music. There’s a pretty big room for the bar with tables and chairs. The actual concert area is a kind of rounded room with a stage on one end and this elevated rim that sits about 1/2-1’ higher than the main ground. The space reminded me of a small roller rink and makes for great intimate concerts. This spot is probably one of my top music venues in town because of the size and who passes through. Looking forward to coming to this spot again. Also they have a drinking fountain by the bathrooms which I found amazing haha.

One of the top small music venues in Portland. Bringing in some really awesome talent, the shows that are hosted here are excellent. The venue has a great layout and solid sound. Coat check and efficient bar access are among the highlights. Perhaps the best aspect is the comfort level of a sold out show. There’s still space to move around a little bit and get down to the grooves. I am comparing to a cramped shoulder to shoulder claustrophobic experience at basically every other venue (Mississippi studios, I still love you).

Fun night. Very well laid out space. I look forward to the next time an event is held here that I am able to go to. Super awesome staff.

Nice, smaller music venue. Good drink selections at the bar, sound quality was good. Generally had a nice time and would be happy to see another show here.

I will start this off by saying what I love about this venue as it has some aspects that it does extremely well. The crowd every time I have showed up has been fantastic and is never too crowded. I feel like I always have space to dance and move around the venue with east which is greatly appreciate. The other great positive is the type of music that is is constantly being brought to this venue. It’s my exact ideal type of music and many of my favourite artists which then brings to my first major dislike and why I am giving 3 stars is the sound quality and acoustics of this venue at the moment are terrible and makes it incredibly hard to enjoy the music that I came to the venue to enjoy. For a business that completely revolves around sound you would imagine it would put more focus on its sound quality and acoustics to provide the best experience it can. I have been coming here quite often since it has opened and have been hoping they would fix this issue but I keep showing up disappointed and frustrated my favourite artists have to perform with such low quality sound. Please fix this and I this venue would be an easy 5 star in opinion. Last thing that would be nice would be some transparency into set times or at the bare minimum letting us know when the show ends. Sucks going out and thinking the show is probably going to 2 and ends up ending at 12:30.

Beautiful, thoughtfully designed space. Lots of room to spread out and experience the music in a way that's most comfortable for you, including plenty of seating in the bar area where you can still hear the music but also the humans around you, and a ramp area surrounding the floor where you can enjoy from the back and still have a great view. Really yummy house cocktails and snacks, and they book an excellent variety of talent. The stage area is designed intentionally for sound quality, and it pays off, because it sounds great in there.

Great sound, lights, amazing staff. You can tell they put some real thought in its design/layout etc. I’m not a fan of the no backpack policy esp. as a cyclist but other than that, this venue is dope. Live audio in the restrooms? Please and thank you!
