I bought my first ebike at Outer Rim and loved the whole experience! They are knowledgeable and so very helpful. I had a shifter cable break while heading east on a Saturday morning ride. Was able to pedal it to the shop, and the folks there took great care of us. They had a new cable in (internally routed) and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. Very affordable. Super nice folks!
