The Perfume House is an institution of knowledge and a unique resource, providing expertise that is rarely found. The owners are legends who have provided their expertise for years, a legacy continued by the excellent and very knowledgeable current staff. The people who work here have so much knowledge about fragrance and different fragrance houses, an incredible access that makes this place extremely unique. Staff members are extremely helpful, patient, and kind, offering wonderful recommendations. They are a delight to have conversations with, very personable, and always willing to share their knowledge. They expertly help customers narrow down exact scent profiles from many options, encouraging them to experience how a fragrance develops over time. The shop itself is full of history and vintage charm while staying up to date with the ever-evolving world of perfume. It provides a wonderful experience that leaves customers grateful, with many stating they will only ever buy perfume from this place and will definitely be back.
Incredible customer service and selection, I spent way too much time here sampling fragrances, the staff was super helpful and I was very glad to see some more niche fragrances from brands like Olibanum, Comme des garçons and clue.
