The Surface Store went ABOVE and BEYOND when our house flooded. They were already on sight, working on another project, and discovered the flood. Their project manager, Dennis, shut off the water and removed all basement furniture. His team quickly arrived and they began removing all damaged material, drying out the basement, and keeping us informed. The owner, Chris, directly dealt with insurance and was a great advocate. He kept us in the loop and was quick to reply. His team kept our budget in mind, while providing the best options. They spent countless hours perfecting the basement. I look forward to future projects with the Surface Store. In all, the Surface Store did the following: dry wall, framing, texturing walls, painting, moisture removal, flood pumping, insulation, leveling the basement floor, installing carpet, installing doors. The list goes on and on!
