OMG! The customer service rep Lali was soooo wonderful! He gave the most excellent customer service that I have received in rhe last 20+ years. I am legally bling and he helped me find out how to ship several packages. He was sooo very kind and patient. I will always be a loyal customer because Lali treated me so well, even though I had many questions and needed extra help and support. Excellent job in hiring this young man UPS Store!! He is the best at customer service! (I have no personal affiliation with him, just a customer.) Sincerely, Ms. Olson
