I had an excellent experience with Anthony assisting me with a package that was mistakenly shipped to their store. From start to finish, his communication was outstanding—he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out, making the entire process seamless. I really appreciate his effort and top-notch customer service. Highly recommended!

A few others are saying the same thing, so wanted to back that up. Every time I've been in here, the same young man is patient and knowledgeable. He even jokes around a little, and that feels good.
Sometimes package handling can be an intense experience, but going here has become an errand I look forward to.

The guy working here on the day I went in was super cool. He was super nice to every customer before and after and including myself. He was fast and efficient. He helped me print some missing kitty posters :( and was empathetic towards the situation. Dude probably deserves more than he makes. I don't think the Gateway area has loads of options for printing and copying services but if it does, go here.

Feels silly to be reviewing an ups store but I have not had such good service anywhere in awhile. The gentleman that helped me was extremely polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in overwhelmed that I needed to do returns, drop off spectrum equipment, ship and print things all in one trip. He handled all of my requests easily, with patience, helped me even ship a package I didn’t know he could take, and printed labels for me so quickly and kindly. I left feeling so relieved I got so much done and he explained exactly which receipts corresponded with the handful of things I did. I wish I got his name but wanted to at least leave a review. (Store 7553 around 930am on June 26, if you’re able to give him kudos!)

They asked what I was shipping and I made the mistake of telling the truth. I was shipping a gun stock. They said they don’t ship ANYTHING associated with guns. A child can buy a gun stock at a gun store but this place has decided to base it’s shipping policy on politics. Great, free country and all. And the back area looked terrible, messy, and the place is cramped. Booooo ?

Store employee could not be bothered to open the store on time. He strolled in 5 minutes after opening time as if no big deal and then was not friendly to deal with.

Quick n fast service but I went to return one item a stripper pole n Amazon claims they never got it other than that the store has always been open n good customer service and it's clean and convenient location
