Yesterday I took my new dog Baxter for his first appointment. I was a little nervous since he is "a lot of dog" and I am still refining his exuberance. The whole staff was great. They took great care of us and had me bring him in when the waiting room was clear. The Doc was super and seemed to have a good read on Baxter and answered my questions and covered everything. The whole experience was super easy and I will definitely keep them as my (Baxter's) vet. I recommend them highly!

My daughter's hamster woke up with a swollen muzzle, much to our dismay. We called no less than 10 vets in the area and none could see him sooner than 2 weeks out! Someone recommended this place and they were able to fit us in in 30 minutes! The vet was very kind and considerate and we felt the little guy was well taken care of. Time will tell if the swelling goes down but I can rest easy thanks to these wonderful folks!

They were able to squeeze me last minute for a Health Certificate when other clinics couldn't help me. The staff was super accommodating, understanding, and made me feel super comfortable while there. I would definitely come back here!

Timberland Animal Clinic goes way beyond five stars. The friendly and caring customer service they provide is exceptional and I have not seen that in years. You feel safe leaving your pet in their hands. Timberland Animal Clinic is on my list of exceptional outstanding customer service skills and care. I will NOT take my pet anywhere else. Thank you to the staff. All organizations should follow your training methods everywhere.

This is by far the best animal clinic I have taken my dog to. Her usual vet is Lombard animal clinic but I am considering switching over to Timberland animal clinic because of how friendly their staff is! I had to take my dog in for an issue with her eye and many of the staff did their best to help us out to find a specialist for her. The veterinarian even was nice enough to make phone calls on day off to help us out. I really appreciate everything they did for my dog and really recommend Timberland animal clinic. The staff is very friendly and professional and even though my dog tends to be aggressive at the vet they knew how to deal with her well. I have never experienced such a positive experience at the vet as I am usually stressed knowing how difficult my dog can be but they knew exactly how to deal with her in that situation. I will definitely return in the near future for future services for my dog.

We recently adopted a puppy and changed vets because we were unhappy with our previous vet. We are so happy with our decision to move Timberland Animal Clinic. Our puppy recently got an infection in his mouth and was in terrible pain, we called Timberland and they got him in within a few hours (something our last vet never did).They could tell how concerned we were and they were so gentle and caring to us and our puppy. We love everyone at Timberland and highly recommend them to anyone!

This place was ridiculous. I took my dog in to get seen and let the assistant know that my German shepherd has aggressive tendencies when she's away from me, I proceeded to tell them that it would be beneficial if I came in with a mask and gloves to assist in calming my nervous animal down by being there with them in a room of people she has never met with face masks on. They took her in and 5 minutes later they come out and say she tried to bite them and that they couldn't preform even half of the exam, I immediately apologized for my dogs behavior and asked if they needed my assistance for the second time. The assistant came back out with my bill which was the whole visit for 70$ and the medication which was 30$ I asked because she didn't get a full exam if they could only charge me for what they preformed or to be let back in to assist them in preforming a full exam. The answer I got will blow your mind, the vet (not the assistant) came to tell me that she cannot have my dog back in because for one the talk she is having with me is going into her lunch, for two she said my dog would need a Tranquilizer to be examined even if I was in the room and 3 all the cleaning that had to be done was why they charged me the full price, I asked her what she would feel if this was her dog and she said how would you feel if this was your lunch!!!!!! They charged me for a whole exam and only gave me one medication. I will never take my animal back here! If this is the customer service they are giving customers I wouldn't even want to know how they are treating our animals behind closed doors.

Timberland animal clinic is not a place you should take your animals to. They are rude and unprofessional in their dealings with me. I have two dogs that I would have taken to them, they promise one thing and do another. My dog was to my understanding to have his hip looked at, as he has been limping. He is 12 years old. I was made to believe that he was going in for them to diagnose his problem. Upon drop off, I was told they were going to sedate him and would have to have him there most of the day. I simply stated to look at him and notify me if he's going to need to have X-rays done. They returned my dog to me and said that they would not see me or my animals because I requested for them to look him over (checkup) prior to doing the X-ray so I could prepare and plan out my day. They have been short and rude before and they act like they're doing me a favor by seeing my animals at all. I won't ever recommend or steer any one there again. Please do yourselves a favor, Rebekah and the other staff at Timberland Animal Clinic are not to be trusted with your animals. They will try to up sell you on shots and worm meds - which is what they did with me and my puppy. They just about bit my head off right when I walked in the door, major lack of compassion from anyone that works here - do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

Great Vet and front desk staff and experienced Vet's to support our family raise our new puppy to be happy and healthy. Always friendly and provide high quality vet care and service as new puppy family. Dr. Becky is outstanding and caring. The TAC techs and staff provide sincere kind, caring and friendly service.
