Extremely disappointed with my most recent visit here. I stopped by with a friend to check out some clothes. As soon as I walk in and head towards the clothes a employee came up to me very hostile and told me my dog was not allowed in the store, i politely informed him and said he was my service dog. He then said he was not allowed in the store again without a vest I had to get again inform him of ADA laws and that my service dog is not required to have a vest and be labeled when in public. He wouldn’t listen to me and kept going back and forth, I tried to explain the laws to him but he kept cutting me off, interrupting me and not letting me speak. At this point it had been going on for over 5 minutes he told me my service dog can’t be in the store because other people have brought their pets into the store and ruined stuff, and that people would see me in the store and would bring their dogs into. I told him that’s not my fault or my service dogs fault, they have to identity if the dogs a legitimate service dog or not, not me. He wouldn’t understand anything I was saying so I told him to bring his manager which of course wasn’t there. He called his manager and was speaking to
Him on the phone following me, my service dog and friend around the store like a weirdo. Finally he hung up and said I was allowed but next him he needs a vest and I tried to explain to
Him yet again that’s not the laws and he rudely put his hands up interrupted me and just walked off without letting me finish a word. I’ve never been treated so poorly, harassed and discriminated in the store until this. It’s incredibly sad this store clearly isn’t training their employees on the proper ada laws and instead having them treat their disabled customers like this. Absolutely ridiculous and wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.

We had an emergency that required parking our 28ft trailer in their lot overnight. Our truck was repaired the next day but we wanted to that the manager of the Top and Bottom. They were so kind to a couple of old folks and we really appreciated their understanding. A big plus was finding some really cute items to buy! Thank you, thank you!!

I was stressed for time and went into the store looking for a white shirt. I ended up buying 1 white tank top. I then drove out to the airport. I realized when I made it to my destination that I was not charged $6.99 for the actual price of the tank top but was charged $69.99. So, unfortunately, I had to make the drive all the way back to the store to have them fix the mistake. The clerk was very apologetic and gave me the difference in cash. Which actually caused me another issue with having to put the money back on my card. Cute clothes and friendly staff. It's still a great place to shop.

Get selection and great sales. Maybe the Hazel Dell store could use some more plus sizes.

If you've ever been to a liquor store in the Midwest that also sells clothes, then this will feel very similar, except the space is larger. The clothes are low quality and priced high and some of the items don't even make sense. I'm 5'7 and some of the pants were up to my armpits. They do have a wide variety of items and inclusive sizing. I ended up buying my son a pair of sweat pants. We washed them when we got home and the stiching came apart after one wash. The pants were $20. I would spend your money elsewhere.
