The space is cozy and pretty. We liked our coffees but they were a bit too mild. I also think the drinks were on the expensive side. Overall, a nice experience.

This was more of an experience for the both of us than anything. I'm not a coffee person at all, but she needed something to get going. I ordered a green tea, she got the house Egyptian coffee. I ate her pastry which was good even if super sweet. The interior is nice, but don't sit next to the doors, they don't latch.

Note to owner,We saw you and said hi on our way out! We really enjoyed your lovely coffee house and will most certainly return. The only thing that brought us pause was the service of the two baristas (3/29). We found it difficult to order because they were..shy? Awkward? Unacknowleding, a bit dismissive. Overall, it is unwelcoming. I said thank you as I walked away with my drink and received hardly a smile in return. It just depleted the color and life of the decor on the walls. It's totally opposite of the vibe that could be.

Cool ambiance but the espresso and drip coffee was light to the point of watery. Easy fix for management.

Amazing, amazing, amazing. I tried the Egyptian coffee for the first time, and it was such a delicious way to slow down and have a minute to myself. The cardamom and spices smelled and tasted delightful, the service was extraordinary, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, especially on a rainy Portland afternoon.

Tov Coffee is truly one of the most unique and delicious coffee shops in Portland. They offer Arabic and Egyptian coffee complete with a traditional sand-brewing process. The drinks are decadent and robust, and the owner is incredibly passionate and attentive.I ordered the “Nectar of the Gods”. When I tell you this is the best coffee I’ve ever had... extremely smooth with the perfect amount of punch from the caffeine. The ice cubes are made with crema, a detailed touch. The pastries are delicious. Expect baklava, knefe, and other tasty Middle Eastern treats.Prices are quite high but reflect the quality and care of the establishment. Prepare to pay $9-13 for a beverage and $3-8 for a pastry. This place is great for a special treat, an adventurous coffee lover, or a unique date spot!Parking is a bit difficult during busy times. There is street parking available. It was hard to locate since there is no sign, but look for a purple banner on the outside.

While the bus isn't a thing anymore, it was cool to watch my coffee being made in the sand. I ordered the baklava and it was the best tasting one I've had in a while. There was another vendor selling sandwiches and the egg and pastrami croissant was amazing...I don't know what the seasoning was but it was a delight.

Be aware - this is NOT the bus location that has closed permanently. We came here on a Monday and they were out of most their coffee menu - we couldn’t order any of their cardamon flavored coffees. The two coffees we ordered were good and for the iced oat milk latte they had oat milk ice cubes instead of ice cubes which is the 3 stars for.

Been coming here for years the owner is amazing and is clearly very passionate about delicious coffee. I live out of state now but always make a point to come to Tōv when I’m in town. Love their new shop!I swear by the nectar of the gods and mint thing.
