I booked a haircut, bath and brush for my two dogs, and this place changed my booking to only give them a bath and brush for a frankly outrageous price. They look great after the bath and brush, but I will certainly never be coming here again.

Wonderful, professional and affordable. My dog looks sooo cute and smelled fresh for days and days after her grooming. This will definitely be a regular thing for us.

My dog and I had such a great experience with this business and will absolutely be back. My dog is double coated and every time I take her to a new groomers I get so anxious about them shaving her or not using proper scissors, but after talking with Eve I knew Winifred was in good hands. Winifred's groom was stellar, the prices were amazing, and she got the best report card I've ever had for her. 10/10 experience.

I took my 17 week old Maltese for his introduction to Townhouse Pet Care. He had a bath and nail trim. He did great! The staff is wonderful. I have taken previous pets to Townhouse Pet Care and highly recommend them.

I took my mini Aussie here with distinct direction to not cut his hair. Wrote it twice and mentioned it again at drop off. He needed his bottom coat thatched and we had been working for six months to grow out his top coat so it would lie flat and not poof out. When I picked him up his top coat had been reduced from three inches to half an inch and only on his back. The rest of his coat was long, so he looked ridiculous. When we called, they said it happens when they're t brushed. I guess I'm just too dumb to understand that brushing hair can uniformly reduce it by 2 1/2 inches along the back only. They said that the person who treated him wasn't qualified to cut, but I have seen the same name on Yelp associated with bad cuts. But what is much worse is that they expressed his anal gland. He was just at the vet for an exam and they said nothing about his gland needing this. For four days after he dragged his butt on the ground, couldn't walk more than a few feet, limped, and licked his behind. He even hid from us and whimpered under the bed. He was clearly in incredible discomfort. What we read was that if the vet - the vet! - is too rough during expression this can hurt or cause discomfort. Strikes me that this person who is apparently unqualified to cut hair probably shouldn't be squeezing the shit out of sensitive dog parts. We didn't even call about this because we figured they would concoct some bullshit excuse, which they seem good at. We took a risk returning after the first time when our dog came home with fleas (also met with excuses). But this experience put the nail in the coffin. We will never ever return and I will warn everyone about this place. They do not listen to customers, make a lot of excuses for their incompetence, and hurt my dog. And they're more expensive than better groomers in town.

I have a Great Pyrenees, she has a lot of matted fur. Grace did an amazing job on her coat. Staff is always friendly, appointments are spaced, so not a lot of doggie interaction in the waiting room.

Patient, awesome, accommodating. Chucky has stayed here a few times and always seems to do okay, despite the anxiety I project on to him. I forgot vaccine updates for this last stay and they were kind enough to wait past drop off time (won’t make it a habit!) to make sure that Chucky’s vaccines were up to date. They’re the real deal ? thanks so much, townhouse !!
