I stopped by and asked how much it cost to diagnose my truck because of high idle. I told the owner mechanic I replaced couple sensors already just to give him additional info and he acted super arrogant and rude!

They do the work right, refuse to upsell you, and their prices cannot be beat. Our family has been bringing our cars here for a few years now, and I recommend Tran to everyone I know. It is unlike other, more modern shops; it feels like an old-school, small town, unhurried, relational experience.

I’ve asked how much oil change, I have my oil and filter, I usually do it by myself and know how easy it is, but I don’t have equipment with now. The guys said-$100.

My family (parents, brother, etc) have been using him for over thirty years. Honest and highly competent. He's not a 1-man shop as one review said. He has one young man working for him. He has saved me a great deal of money and trouble over the years, and I can always drive long trips feeling safe and confident that he has taken great care to look everything over. I see petty complaints about his communication skills, I assume these are people who lack patience to make the effort to understand him as he has a serious accent. Yes there are cheaper places, and you get what you pay for. He's a good man.

Tran was introduced to me by son. Best mechanic I've had in 45 yrs. Honest, fast and extremely fair priced. Took my Tacoma to Toyota for oil change, told I needed $1400 in work. After Tran inspected it, only need a few hundred and no problems a year later, honesty gets my business for life!!

Tran looked at my car same day and didn’t charge me even though he improved the issue my car was having. Now off to the muffler shop! I will definitely be back for future car issues.

Seems nice and willing to help. But, he spoke to me and my friend like we didn't know anything, even tho we says the AC needs fixing. He told us why after he asked us to come back in (rather than say on the phone what needed to be done) and then said if we wanted it fixed come back the next day, even tho we mentioned only in town for 2 days and on a cross country trip pulling a camper. Oh and he said breaks are fine and they weren't. So, be cautious.

I've been taking my car to Tran's for the last 5 years. He and his wife are very sweet, and their team is efficient and honest. When things need changing, he charges a fair price. And when things can wait, he says so. I'm always happy with the service I get here.

Very honest and fair mechanic. I took my car here thinking that I needed an expensive service. Tran told me to home off on the service because I wouldn't need it for another year or two. This was very honest and rare to see. I will be a lifelong customer because of this.

I did not feel good about this place at all. My Toyota tundras engine light was on so I put a code reader on it and got the code which was for a knock sensor. so I went there to investigate further and within five minutes he was quoting me $900 to replace two sensors which involved a bunch of labor. Then I cleared the code with my device, and the light has not come back on since. I felt like there was zero exploration of if the repair needed to be done or not. He was prepared to take that money from me without actually needing to do the repair. I’d steer clear of this place.

Tran is seriously the best mechanic I’ve ever had. I’ve been brining my thirty-year-old truck to him for years and he’s never let me down. He’s always honest and upfront about what needs to be done, he never tries to gouge me and he’s SO much more affordable than other mechanics!! I’ll stay with him as long as he’s in business.
