Daily open drug use and dealing. One of the least safe places in our neighborhood. It’s a beautiful historic building, but with the steps covered in trash and burnt foil, and the smell of fent/meth smoke in the air, it’s the worst part of my commute.

I have been attending this church since 2004. Quality of anything this church offers is exemplary - service, music, adult education, children education (especially Godly Play classes), lay ministry, I can go on and on. Spiritually, emotionally and intellectually, it is so fulfilling to experience this church in its magnificence! Since covid, we hardly attended this church in person, but any time we needed support, the clergy, the staff, the community, offered us prayer and support even before we asked for it. It is a privilege to be part of this church.

We love coming to Trinity! They have excellent programs for children and families (and adults!), the music is incredible, and the sermons are always thought provoking and interesting. I especially love their focus on radical hospitality and being a welcoming home for anyone, regardless of what they believe, who they love, or where they come from. If you are looking for a spiritual home, you couldn't do better than this wonderful congregation.

In addition to thought provoking sermons, the choir is top notch and the large pipe organ is magnificent. Trinity is well known for its music. The congregation is filled with loving and welcoming people. They have childcare and various programs for children. It is lovely to be part of the Trinity family.

Trinity Cathedral, Portland, OR., is an extremely open and welcoming, energetic, multigenerational community. From it consistently inspiring worship services, solid education and formation offerings, and "roll up your sleeves and get involved" outreach to the wider community, it provides a spiritual home for everyone who enters, on-line or in person.

Trinity Cathedral is a welcoming parish community with great music, friendly people, and messages of love and compassion for all. Besides all that, the space is beautiful!

Trinity Episcopal Cathedral has been my spiritual home for almost 20 years. It is a place anyone can find a home, everyone of any age or belief, any color or custom, any position on the spectrum of any consideration. The sermons are relevant, personal, and uplifting— no oppressive political marching orders, an individual is challenged with alternatives and choices no matter where you fall on an issue.I always leave having become a more enlightened and centered individual, at peace and ready to face the world and my life with renewed strength and perspective.Abundant opportunities for service work are available, which is key for me. Trinity actually feeds the hungry and fights for the rights of the impoverished, as Christ instructed us to do. Can you believe it?The congregation is super friendly, fairly diverse, eager to welcome you, or to leave you be if that is your preference.

This beautiful building is home to a welcoming parish community ready to sing and pray and listen to each other. The music is other worldly gorgeous and the services are easy to follow. There are numerous services each month, making it convenient to just about anyone's schedule.

I found Trinity Cathedral over 7 years ago and have enjoyed my experience throughout this time because it is a warm welcoming congregation and I love the services which help me with my connection to God and provide me an avenue for worship and prayer. The choir is stellar and the whole music program is superb! The Rosales organ is so beautiful and such an amazing instrument. The Dean and all the clergy are truly welcoming and make themselves very available to all congregants. Sunday sermons are always thought provoking and interesting. They have been a great help throughout the pandemic in helping people to carry on. The outreach ministries are a very important part of who the Cathedral is in the community. Food Pantry and other food provisions made available to the less fortunate are wonderful examples of "faith and love" working to help our neighbours. I first went to Trinity because it was the closest Episcopal church to me when I first moved to Portland and I am delighted it has become my church home. I couldn't have found a better fit for me. Please come to see this welcoming open hospitality community! All are welcome no matter who you are, what you believe or not, what sexual orientation or where you are in your life journey.

They are great Godly people and before this so called pandemic on Wednesdays had a lunch for the homeless that was truly amazing. Words can not express the love for God's people I witnessed at this church.
