The staff is wonderful, that being said. The late fee is outrageous, especially whenyou are a loyal customer for years they give no care at all! The rent could be cheaper do to the cost of living currently. All in all I would probably choose another place, do to cost.

I’m not a customer; however a friend of mine rents a locker here and I have accompanied them a few times when they’ve stopped by to pick up or drop something off. This location is right off of the bus line so it’s easily accessible. The facility is clean and the Customer Service has been good. The only issue I’ve heard is that for the small amount of space vs what’s charged is spendy and that the monthly fee goes up quite regularly.

Closes too early and has super strict requirements around vehicles that are not clearly listed on website (e.g. vehicle must be running, you have to be the registered owner, they can't be dropped off by a tow company).

The onsite management is not only knowledgeable but also helpful in getting new customers moved in and aware of the biggest rules to always follow. The facility is clean, secure and fortunately well-thought out in storing people's property in the long term. Thanks again goes to Amanda for her help and assistance in getting us situated and moved in to our storage unit!

A great secure storage facility they play 80s rock over the loudspeakers which is cool. Never had a problem there dig the hell out of this place. Great staff great prices ample parking. Highly recommended that's where I keep my stuff.
