Ian was super helpful! My wheels needed to be replaced, so he did that, cleaned my bag and even replaced the name tag. Great and quick service!!

Had a great customer service experience getting a Tumi carryon repaired with new casters. Brought my luggage in to this shop, they repaired it over the course of a week, and then shipped it back to me fully fixed. Will definitely choose Tumi in the future for more luggage! Shoutout to Ian for the great service!

The TUMI Store at Pioneer Place Is a great little shop Fill to the brim with plenty of different Style's and sizes of Bags and luggage. Customer service there is quite hopeful.
