I returned the truck with more fuel than when I first start renting it. And they charge me for fuel. This is ridiculous. I call the store and the store staffs couldnot help ir even admit their fault (the didnot closeout correctly on previous rental), and gave me the phone number of manager that didnot pick up phone either, even though I told him I have the photos of the dash before and after renting the truck, and fuel receipt.

I wasn’t informed that it’s a hardware store, a partner, not a uhaul store. I was given the wrong truck, not the one on my contract, but at least it was the right size. It just that it created confusion.
Wasn’t told I could keep the truck for 2 more days for same mileage/price - I could have saved on my additional car rental.
When I returned the truck, tank half full, like I got it, I was still charged for gas.
But the vehicle was in a very good condition - no complaints there.

Very unfriendly staff and put customer service. They didn't act like they cared if I was there customer or not.

God I hate renting a uhaul. The whole process feels like an integration. Once uhaul decides they will trust you with their truck for like an hour it is hard to find in the lot. Once you get in it makes such loud noises. You sit up too high, you’re scared to pull out.Long story short, uhauling doesn’t agree with me - but it isn’t this places fault. This place is nice enough except for crowded lot, kinda unhelpful jerks for staff, closes too early, scary at night.

Went to the store at 7:10 am after they had opened to get propane, I was told not until it warms up would the employee come outside to pump my propane. Granted it's Nov 1st and it's a little chilly out side but c'mon it's your job!
