It was a very fast and smooth process renting in the office. The guy was super chill and made everything very easy. I will definitely use this location next time I need a uhaul or if someone I know needs one I'll recommend this location for sure.

U-Haul tried to reschedule me to a further location and Daniel called U-Haul and took care of me so I wouldn’t have to walk or Uber any further. Amazing customer service

The service was excellent. I received misinformation from the national representative on the phone. The manager and Tron (sp ?) handled everything on their end efficiently and fairly. The van was immaculate and in excellent condition.

If you are a woman by herself who has to do an after hours drive off....don't...just don't, it was terrifying having to take 10+ mins to check this back in. I am not even 100% sure if my keys are in the right place, because instead of an orange drop box they have some sketchy poorly labeled sewer pipe...I have used UHAUL all my life, as a military brat and veteran....that is A LOT...Most sketchy amd confusing place I have dealt with. It gets a 2 because the clerk earlier that day was friendly

The entire process was pretty seamless. The young man who helped me was super flexible and helpful, even though he was quite busy with other customers. Not sure why this place has poor reviews, everything seemed fair to me.

I don't recommend! If you do go here, make sure you take a picture of your truck before, after, inside, outside, gas level, odometer, and anything else or they will probably charge you for it.
Overpriced, under serviced.

I had a pretty simple move but was surrounded by what sounded like complicated ones. The team working here sought me out after a few minutes so I didn’t have to wait in line, checked me in on a phone instead of a register, and got me on my way. There was another line when I brought the truck back, and they again helped me turn the truck in without making me wait.

Dude at the register said I have 1/4 tank but as soon as I headed onto highway the dash said it’s empty. Also calling and texting me at midnight to ensure the key is in the drop box? Super unprofessional.

I cannot stress enough. DO NOT GO HERE. Pick up is a hassle everytime so don’t expect to get checked in at your appointment time. I was charged for an after hours return when I returned it at 2 pm the same day at the front desk. I noticed the charge on my receipt and have called multiple times but they never answer. The voicemail is full so you can’t even leave a message. Stay far away from here if you can. Security Public Storage down the road is much better than this place.

Believe the other bad reviews and run. I patiently wait for over 20 minutes to get my vehicle. Dropping it off was a nightmare. I had to wait on the street forever and the U-haul app was not working for check out. I went up to the guy who checked me in earlier that morning and told him, he said to just give him the keys. Then I got an email that I was charged $47.25 extra $17.25 for gas and $30.00 for a fee. I left the gas higher than I received it. I changed it on the check-in link because it was not at 1/8 (and took a photo upon check in, in the link and have it time stamped on my phone)…it was 1/4. I have a time stamped photos to prove it. I told this to customer service and they said a review would have to be done. This location is unethical and fraudulent. If you go look at the reviews this is very common. I should have inconvenienced myself and gone out of my way to rent someone where else. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and now I am disputing a fraudulent charge after a long day of moving. Disgusting behavior.

Upon arrival, the counter attendant was really grouchy and rude. When I began to answer his question about the estimated mileage for our trip, I answered that we were just going to downtown portland and before I finished, he inturrupted me saying he didn't care where we were going and entered 10 miles abruptly into the system without further inquiry.
We were not informed about the fuel policy at the time of rental besides that we didn't sign anything. The day after we returned the truck we were unexpectedly charged 50 USD more, we complaint by phone and they told us that that charge was because we had to return the truck refueled. Thing that wasn't advised when we were given the truck.
The $20.00 USD for rent is a lie. DON'T RENT HERE!

U-Haul staff were a no-show for 30 min past nominated pickup time. We weren’t the only customers kept waiting. When he did eventually arrive, not so much as an acknowledgement, let alone an apology. I guess there’s a reason they had so many vehicles available when surrounding locations were out.

Pick up was easy. Felt super unsafe while doing so though. Extremely dirty office and lot. The guy was chill but apparently he was supposed to give us a return code and inspect the truck and explain everything. We thought that we had no issues until we went to return the truck. He had left and the location on the U-Haul app wouldn’t let us return. After spending a long time on the phone with U-Haul customer service we were able to figure it out. It was just super inconvenient and an added headache during moving day. He also overcharged us by $20, and charged us twice. We had to submit a refund through U-Haul. Will not go here again.
