I was very happy with their service. I showed up very late and they were already supposed to be closed but they were helping me more than an hour after their closing time.
Without my asking, they offered to drive me back to my house so I could leave my car at my house.
They have great service and are nice people!

Rental was fast and easy. Both checkout and checkin were really smooth. Was helped by two different people and both were helpful. The truck was a bit dirty but that's from the previous renter and I wasnt faulted for it. Thanks for being so close by and convenient!

I was over charged. She lied about me returning the truck with no gas . She rented me the truck with 3/8 tank of gas. I filled it and left half a tank. 2 customer service reps from Uhaul were no help and incompetent. Im disputing the charges with my credit card. DO NOT RENT A UHAUL FROM HER. ALSO, she keeps her supplies for floral bouquets in dirty pizza boxes.

The nicest thing I can say about this place was that it was clean. No customer service to speak of and what was there was rude. If you have 4 guys on duty and 10 customers but not a single employee is helping the gd customer then there's a problem. I personally spent 20 minutes entertaining customers with my idea of storage comedy befor anyone bothered to help .

Rented a truck to move some stuff and go to the dump. Got a call and had a family emergency so was up through out the night. I figured if I kept it a extra day it would simply be double the cost. I got a message for Justin that there a late fee and need to be return immediately. So I immediately call and apologize and try to explain what happened. (Also was not trying to get anything for free) my call was answered after being on wait for almost 10 minutes. It was answered by a lady named terry. She went on in a very rude tone explaining how this was impacting her job and other customers. She was very rude and did not talk in a customer service manner at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store. If a person can be like this over the phone I just wonder how she could be infront of your face. Uhaul step you game up!

Horrible experience. Did not have the furniture pads I had ordered. Then the service lady could not remove them from my order. Poor customer service.

I am out HUNDREDS of dollars because of the piss poor job this place did on my tow hitch. It was installed incorrectly, and it burned the internal wiring on my jeep making the turn signals not work. Had to call and make a claim, after getting laughed at by the woman in customer service. I WON that claim, got a one hundred back, but now none of the wiring in my vehicle works because of whoever installed the hitch. I'm going to have to pay $600 to get all new wiring harnesses installed. I called this locations to have a chat with someone about this, and before I even told anyone what the issue was, they hung up on me. So thanks, should've just paid the extra money and had the dealership do it in the first place. I'm spending the same amount of money now anyway!
