Honestly didn’t get the experience others got, was easy pick up and easy drop off. Would rec mobile pickup, made it super easy to just grab the keys.

Could not believe how rude the man was that I dropped the vehicle off with. The gentleman that helped me rent the vehicle this AM was super helpful and professional. We were excited to bring it back quickly and be done and was met with some of the rudest most condescending customer service of my life. I know this guy isn’t the owner because he told me “I don’t make the rules I just work here” after telling me he was going to charge me to refill gas “just because”.
On Saturday the 29th Whoever worked in the AM was lovely and had me planning to come back to rent in the future for sure. Whoever was working at 4pm assured I will never return to this location again.

Shady operation. I rented a cargo van for use in town for two hours. The website advertises $19.95 for the van + $1.19 per mile and I was quoted $53 total after taxes. Fair enough. I authorized the charge. The final charge that showed up on my bank statement was $72.85. Then I saw another charge come thorugh two days later for an additional $19.95 (?) I paid $92.80 total on what should have been $53, with no explanation. Doesn't feel right. Now I have to hassle with calling U-Haul to try to get my money back. Just don't rent here.

Best U-Haul experience in Portland. Mike is incredibly resourceful and helpful. We rented from him last summer when other UHaul locations weren't able to protect their vehicles from gas siphoning. And recently he walked us thru an after hours return over the phone outside of the normal process.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for my U-Haul rentals.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The individual that answered the phone was rude and obnoxious. As I was attempting to scheduled for a pick-up I asked him for the sizes of trucks available and he told me in a very sarcastic way "that does not matter. I am trying to get your credit card info." Then he hung up in my face. I have rented from Uhual over many years, and I never experienced such service. I would not suggest anyone to rent from this location.

Yikes! Customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I called and asked if they carried packing peanuts for fragile moving items and the dude on the phone didn’t even know what they were. Even though U-Haul had them for sale on their website-I wanted to see if I could pop into the store to buy some. The man was very unprofessional and rude to me.
