Never go here. They are slow, and they do not answer any questions you might have. The lady working literally was the worst part of it. She was moody or something. Honestly, it's the worst Uhaul experience ever. I have had better experiences as someone who rents at least 3 or 4 uhauls a year. Shoot the back and even had trash still inside it.
While this place sucked. The place in Vancouver we dropped in off at was amazing! The guy was so nice and friendly. Very helpful.

Very poor service. Staff was extremely slow and seemed to have no idea how to use the equipment and no idea how to use the computer system. I had to redo the process for about 2 hours. After all of the problems I had, I was told I would be able to use a box truck for 40 cents a mile so I agreed to that because I was already hours behind schedule. When I got back to return the truck, I was told I’d be charged 1.59 a mile and I would be charged a gas fee which doesn’t make any sense to me because they already charged me when I picked up the car, and there was absolutely no gas in the truck when I got it. I don’t want to spend the ridiculous amount I was prompted with when returning the truck, I am fine with paying the fee I agreed to when I first picked up the truck, but paying for gas that I never got and a mileage price I never agreed to is extremely annoying.
And if I am going to be charged again, it needs to be considering that I already paid hundreds before even leaving with the truck

I rent from uhaul a lot. When I need something immediately, I go to this uhaul location specifically. Best customer service. Easy pickup and easy returns. Never once have they denied me a truck. They have even shuffled customers around so everyone could be provided for. I cannot express enough how good this site runs. I wish I knew they guy's name so I could give him a personal shout out. He is a truck rental rock star.

U-Haul charged me $53.62 to add fuel to the vehicle even though it left the pick up location with 3/8 of a tank of fuel and returned with 3/8 of a tank of fuel. I sent an email to the customer service line 3 months ago, and have not had a response since then, so I have sent a follow-up email and am prepared to issue a chargeback if they don't cooperate with me.

I’ve been coming here for a long time. The current employee Jason, has a high level of customer service. I really appreciate how quickly he can help although he juggles many hats at this location. I appreciate all the help Jason.

The people here are amazing and helpful. They saved me on a last-minute move. Props to the manager here, absalute best customer service and friendly people. I'd leave a 10 star review if I could.

Based on the other reviews, this won’t shock you, but the main driveway is littered with screws and nails and I’m sure more than a few tires have been punctured as a result. Also a nice pee jug rolling around in the parking lot.

I see now why this location has so many bad reviews. We had a 5 x 8 trailer reservation, got to the lot and we were promptly ignored for 30 minutes while we waited inside. The employee knew we were there, she had asked us to park on the street and we did, and then she casually went about her business, checking her phone frequently, while we stood waiting in the front lobby. Nobody showed up. If you have the opportunity, definitely go to a different U-Haul location. Joaquin Diaz, pay attention to this.

Van had zero miles in gas left and I almost ran out before I got to a gas station. Entire cab smelled like cigarette smoke and van was in poor mechanical condition. I will never rent from here again.

The guy Benjamin looks like he does not want to be there. He always looks mad and uninviting. I had to wait one hour to get the key to my reservation and there was only 2 people in front of me. Then I got the key to a truck that was not there. I got a different one and when I returned the other key the two workers there were making fun of me for whatever reason. Like hello, they were the ones that messed up. How you going to laugh at me for your mistake. Overall, terrible service and the 2 workers there that day were terrible. One was mediocre but nice and Benjamin just made me wish to fire him even though it is not my business.
