I was overcharged $120 by this I-haul center. I called to rectify their mistake and was treated very disrespectfully by the representative. He hung up on me as I was clarifying my question after telling me it wasn't his fault. Very unprofessional

I Ordered an 18 foot truck through uhaul online 2 weeks in advance to be super prepared. I had a confirmation email that that truck was available at this location.

I Ordered an 18 foot truck through uhaul online 2 weeks in advance to be super prepared. I had a confirmation email that that truck was available at this location. When I arrived on moving day they said that they only had a 15' for me. The uhaul rep at this location was clueless about how to solve my problem. He put me on the phone with a manager named Michelle at the Uhaul “traffic†office who made the whole situation infinitely worse. After I asked for the uhaul guarantee $50 refund (for not having the right size truck, Michelle cancelled my order without asking me and eventually hung up on me. My truck was then given to somebody else on my moving day. I vow never to support this location and likely never support uhaul again. Most stressful moving day ever! I contacted uhaul corporate about my horrible experience and never received a response.
