Renting a U-Haul truck was a smooth and reliable experience from start to finish. The online reservation process was simple, with plenty of truck sizes to choose from. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient, getting me on the road quickly. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and easy to drive—even with a full load. I appreciated the clear instructions for drop-off and the flexible return options. U-Haul made moving much less stressful and far more affordable than hiring a full-service mover. I’d definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone in need of a dependable and cost-effective truck rental solution.

Mr. Ronald has absolutely no customer service. Rude and pedantic. We saw/heard him help a couple of people ahead of us. But suddenly when it was our turn, (with another representative) Ronald butted and started berrating us for being late to pick up. He continued yelling at us even after I told him I understood how time works.
Ronald, you are a gross person.

I reserved a 15' foot truck for a one way trip to the other side of town. When I arrived to pick up the truck the employees were ready to look up my reservation and answered any questions I had. The check in was easy and fast. The new online vehicle inspection was handy because the truck I rented had one more mile than the reports indicated, it was easy to photograph and document discrepencies between the online documentation and the what I was looking at.

The paperwork I was given stated that the fuel tank was half full. When I went to photograph, inspect and retrieve the vehicle, I noticed the fuel tank door was open with fuel on the ground with an abandoned siphon hose next to the fuel stain. When I checked the fuel level it was less than a 1/4 a tank. After that I immediately found the staff person who had assisted me, and they replied "Oh yeah, the homeless people must have been busy last night. I will correct the fuel level info on your account." After that we parted ways.
The rental is advertised at $19.95 for 1 day + $1.19/mile. My estimated total for the Cargo Van was $32.64. With the hand truck that I also rented my total was estimated to be $39.64. I stated I would drive probably no more than 5 miles. I drove a total of 12. Before returning the vehicle I put 4.957 gallons of fuel into it for a total of $20. Somehow I ended up paying a total of $50.78.
Not pleased with this service.

Please remind customers to expect that the car dolly trailer makes an ungodly amount of noise when towed without car loaded upon it, and that that is to be expected. It works great to tow a car from point A to point B though. Thank you.

Beware that you get charged a $20 “after hours drop off fee” if you return a truck or trailer when the store is closed. Nowhere do they disclaim this. I rented a truck for 12 hours, 10am to 10pm. Dropped it off before 10pm, and still get this charge. Don’t allow rentals to go past closing time if you have this ridiculously fee. At the very least, tell your customers up front that they will receive this charge.

15 foot truck was the perfect size for a small two bedroom house for moving everything in two trips. Foster road U-Haul was a great company to rent the truck and had no issues with the whole process.
