Rocket #5460 NE Broadway location in Portland, Oregon. After ordering and paying for the rental online, checking in online, and even even with the managers help at pickup location, it took 30 minutes to finally receive the keys to the truck. Ridiculous and super frustrating!! Although the cashier & manager were extremely friendly, they were very inefficient.

Great place to buy moving boxes. The guys there are so nice. I’ve been there twice and each time they wouldn’t let me carry my own boxes. Which I did have happen at a different store. These guys are great!

While I have used U-Haul many times over the years for trucks, pickups, trailers and countless boxes, this was the first time I've relied on a location to help in a random emergency and Jacob and Les came to the rescue. Our Jeep window was smashed and covered contents stolen in downtown Portland overnight and, with a rainy trip home to faraway Bend (3 hours away), we were going to purchase roll of tape, box and box cutter and cover the window best we could. Jacob and Les helped us, including the materials and we are so grateful! While the owner/manager of the facility was out of town but Jacob confided that he was a great guy and would have done the same thing for us if he had been there.

After a long day I dropped the truck off and went outside and sat on the sidewalk in the shade. The agent then came out and gave me a folding chair to sit in. Thank you.

Customer service is great! Rented a uhaul for the day, and it was a smooth and easy transaction. Clean office and clean outside area.

The people are newer. I made a reservation online but didn't add the pic of the photo ID required. It said you could show it in person. Well since the lady was newer it was like she deleted all the info I put in and we had to do it over and then it cost more than when I had done the reservation online. I definitely recommend doing it all online until the employees are trained more.
