Dropped off my car at 12 PM for a hitch install and was told it would be done by closing time at 7 PM.
Didn’t get a call to come pick it up until 9:30pm, two hours after they close, AND the plastic covering for the wiring inside the trunk was half-assed put back on/borderline broken, AND they neglected to complete my order by not installing the ball and the pins that I had paid for along with the install.
Now I have to take time out of my already booked next day to go back and have them give me what I paid for so that I can actually pick up the trailer that I had scheduled for the following day.
Not pleased at all.
ALSO, I had a cop eyeing me at 9 PM while I was waiting for the installer to call me so that I can pick up my car because I probably looked like I was loitering, but I had nowhere else to go since my car was being worked on and basically everything was closed by then.
I feel disrespected and unvalued as a paying customer.

I had a great experience at this UHaul location. I got charged about $290 online for a one way trip to Seattle. When I got to the store, it said there was a one way special to Seattle for $144. Thomas B helped me redo my reservation to get the discount and was very kind and helpful. Everything, including the furniture blankets, were cheaper at the store than they were online. Great experience.

Made an appointment to have a hitch installed. When I arrived for the appointment, it was clear the attendant didn't actually know the man who was there to perform the installation. When she called her manager to ask what to do, he told her to tell me to go somewhere else. Anyways, I ended up calling Mike's Mobile Hitch Service which was the same price, and will come to your home to install. I'd recommend him instead.

The gentleman who works here in morning is so patient, kind and helpful! I cant say enough how customer interaction says so much about the business and I'm going to always recommend this shop for moving needs. Wish I could give a $$ tip! Thanks again

Guy at the counter told me it would be $50. I checked by bank statement they charged me over $100. The receipt showed hidden fees. You will be scammed by these guys.

The service is top notch. Best U-Haul I've ever been to. Both day and afternoon shift workers were pleasant to deal with. We all know how it is moving. it can be extremely stressful. But the interactions with everyone at this U-Haul of St Johns balances it all out. Thank you!

I rented a cargo van about a month in advance so that I could move my large paintings from my studio to my gallery for a show. I liked actually getting what I originally asked for (a cargo van) without having to "upgrade" to something I didn't need. also, the app really streamlined the time it takes to verify information upon pickup AND drop off (after hours). a very good experience overall!

Didnt get the name of the dude, but one guy working alone today.Super rude the whole time. And when we said we didnt have a reservation, he had a heavy audible 4 second sigh.Unprofessional.Went to the location on Columbia, treated WAAAAAYYYYY better!Didnt mean to inconvenience him by asking him to do his job
