Don't do business with this bank. They can close your account at any time for any reason and not even tell you why. I've been with them for 15+ years until they locked my account, forced me to be on the phone for over an hour and then just say they're closing everything I have. How can you trust a bank that won't be honest with you? Go with literally anyone else.

Machines eat cash and don't ever work. Maintenance is awful on the ATMs and the security guard let someone in right before me and then locked the door in my face even though i told him the machines weren't working. Save yourself time and go to the Broadway location

I didn't really have a problem with the teller or the bank itself that much I just felt like I was being watched by the security guard like I was in prison or something. It was like I was there for a drug deal. Not banking. I just needed some single bills ? as I provided gratuity often. And it seemed like that was a weird request. The way the security guard watched me the whole time was unnerving. He got right up to the teller windows so he could see me pull out my card and I'd from my wallet. It feels more like going to a jail cell then going to a bank if you ask me. I know the area is rough, but Its not a nice feel going in here. They were all respectful. Just seemed like the same tension you get when your apprehensive about something dire going inside that day.

Don't waste your time or energy, find a different branch in a better part of town. This place is an energetic black hole. Truly unhappy people work here. Don't waste your time or energy. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Slow service, rude, and dismissive. 4 tellers and ONE customer at the front but I'm waiting 5 minutes to be called up.

I went in last week. One lady behind the counter helping the only person in front of me.. Waited in line for approx 10 mins. 10 minutes? Another female employee approached me asking what brought me into US Bank.. Huh? Is it appropriate to ask someone their business in line with other customers in earshot? NO. She then asked the lady behind me the same question. She wasn't going to help me so why ask? I finally just left. That is unacceptable US Bank! This is the WORST location. Save yourself time and frustration, go elsewhere.

Angels work here! Best customer service I've had at a bank since opening an account! The manager, Ebony U., is a triumph of management. Even though she was short staffed, she took time and cared enough to listen to my concerns and, make me feel heard. I left the branch feeling hopeful and, excited to find financial solutions with US bank. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Brought in a check w/ both my wife & I's name, only my name is on this account & it was understandably rejected from mobile deposit. The "teller" explains this will be rejected again due to my wife being on the check, but not my account - I have deposited much larger checks into this account w/ our names listed the exact same way before & my wife has deposited into her Chase account w/ same conditions, w/ no issue. "Teller" could not provide any more details on this policy, didn't offer to have anybody else provide more details - & then deposited the check anyways, telling me I would receive a notice in 5-7 business days. Left, obviously dissatisfied - only thing they would respond w/ was a shrug & "that's how it's always been".After leaving, I immediately called the 888 number, get ahold of an operator, try to get clarity on the issue - this operator had no problem explaining US Bank policy & any potential issues (entirely different explanation - even the 5-7 business days was way off), made it clear the person I spoke w/ @ this location didn't understand at all, should have escalated my questions to a manager or somebody else.If the unstable man w/ full face painting, swinging a spear, & burning incense in the parking lot wasn't a reason to steer clear of this branch - the service/help you get certainly does.

Horrible customer service. No tellers. You have to wait for a mortgage person to cash a check. While I was waiting, the customer in front of me left because he couldn’t wait that long.
