I love this ulta. Everytime I go here the team is happy and friendly. James helped me find a great substitute for Topicals Faded cream and gave me a quick lesson in direct acids in sunscreens!

This has been the best Ulta store for me when it comes to customer service, quick returns, assistance with perfume, etc. The managers have always been quick to help with any return I need to make which can be challenging when I have my toddler with me.
I also had great help from an associate named Frances who helped me the other week with all kinds of perfumes. She was friendly, kind, and fun to chat with. She let me take my time comparing all kinds of fragrances and I didn’t feel rushed. Every Ulta should have a Frances working there!
I’m an Ulta diamond member so I really like shopping at Ulta stores but have had mixed experiences with various locations. This is by far the best one in Portland and Vancouver WA!

I usually buy directly from NARS, but I needed a concealer. Hannah, one of their MUAs was so incredible! She was patient and spent time finding me the perfect shade, recommending other products—with options at different price points—and really made my morning. Plus, my face looks flawless!! Thank you!!!!!

This is my favorite location to shop at! They have the widest variety of inventory. I went in the other day to buy hair care, and I had a certain quality in mind, Payton was out on the floor and was able to point me in the right direction! She explained the benefits of biolage and it was exactly what I was looking for. I appreciated her patience and knowledge!

Frances was SUPERBLY helpful, knowledgeable, experienced, kind & friendly. Her passion & ability to communicate was spectacular, she intuitively knew the right things for me a newly transitioning person with eczema & an aversion to being seen. She made me forget about those things & quickly had me interested in learning, trying & trusting my decision which ultimately led to the most painless purchase. Now I'll have the confidence to shop at this Ulta & others many times in the future, not just awkwardly for the odd item here & there but to really explore. Knowing that the people are genuine & legit experts if folks have questions, I'll be recommending Ulta to my networks & this Ulta to my friends who are into makeup/etc or just starting out with anything they sell cause she KNEW about every type of item & product. I was really nervous to accept help here because I’m not great with makeup and usually makeup counter folks steer me in the wrong direction, but not here! Whoever helped me walked me through several different foundation options along with all the different details about ingredients, finishes, color matching, and different uses. I ended up with something I REALLY love and I couldn’t be more grateful. She helped me try on different products for my mature skin and worked with me until I found the perfect thing. No pushiness, no talking down to me, just purely professional and helpful. Everyone here is SO great!
