Came in to find a new perfume and lip stain. Olivia helped my friend and I find everything we needed and more! She was super knowledgeable, very friendly and easy to work with. We will absolutely be back to see her! Thank you for your help, Olivia ?

I placed an order for curbside which I find to be very helpful having 2 babies under 2. I accidentally clicked the im here button , but wasn’t there. So an employee called me to ask where I was at. Upon telling her what happened she speaks to me with a rude demeanor suggesting when I arrive to come inside and pick up my order. The workers at this location are always unhelpful, rude and never seem to want to do their job.

I was visiting Portland on Monday the 8th. I stopped in to purchase and item that I hadn’t bought in awhile so I couldn’t remember the brand. I was in the store, searching, for about a half an hour and not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. There were only 3 other customers in the store but plenty of girls, chatting amongst themselves. I even had two different girls walk by me in an aisle and say excuse me. I finally found the product I was looking for but I will never go back to that store.

I work in this center- I have been in here several times in the last 3 months and they have the worst customer service. Even when they are not busy- no one bothers to ask you if you need assistance and when you ask them for help it’s an awkward fight on who must help you. It’s so uncomfortable. I’ve been a loyal Ulta customer for 15 years and have resorted to online however some things you need help with. I went into Sephora after a lot of reservations and I was blown away by how willing they all were to help. Sorry to say you’ve lost a customer. It seems as though there is more focus on those that look like shoplifters than those actually spending money! From a manager in retail it’s very sad to see and experience this!

Went with my partner so she could restock some makeup. It was Christmas shopping time but we were there fairly early in the morning and they were mostly out of what she was looking for. No one bothered to ask if she needed any help and they acted insulted when she declined a store card.

Okay, the workers were pretty nice, but the lines! Every time I go in there, there is a long line and only one slow person on the register. I got especially annoyed when another person on the register finally came, the other one saw that I was waiting and left. I work in retail in Cascade station, and we try never to have people waiting too long in line, especially near Christmas. We always have three trained registered people ready to check out! That way, we don’t lose customers or have abandoned purchases. I ended up not buying the perfume and stuff I had in my basket. Disappointed with their reg system and training.

terrible service every time i give this location a try again, and to top it off they openly sell damaged products at this location and if you bring it to their attention (during after or before purchasing) they don’t really do anything about it

The redhead cashier with tooth gems ( i think her name is linda is what it said on the recipe) really went out of her way to be rude. Definitely gave me the ick after spending a bunch of money just to get treated rude after buying it.

Every time I go into this store I over hear the same manager, who after asking I was informed was named Tayler and was the general manager, speaking ill of her employees, the first time I thought it was a one off kinda thing (she had told a girl that a girl with her body type shouldn’t be wearing a skirt) but after coming to this location more often it’s an every time sort of thing. It’s completely disheartening to hear a manager, let alone a general manager, speak to and about their employees like this. I’ve spoken with the employees many times and they’re always so helpful and kind so I really don’t understand the need to disrespect and belittle them not that that would be acceptable even if they weren’t helpful. Something really needs to be done about this, it’s horrible and creates a very hostile shopping (and I’m sure working) environment. Disappointed to witness this behavior repeatedly from a company I thought was about loving yourself,!expressing creativity and being inclusive.

Perfect size store, plenty of brand options. Cassie was very helpful in finding a new product, not yet on shelves. She found it in the back room and confirmed I could buy it already. Thanks for the help, Cassie!

Didn't have the Olaplex travel size items was looking for, however Tyler and couple other gals were very helpful. I chose items from an alternate line.

They don’t check IDs for pickup orders, although they’ll insist that they double-check for them after your order is stolen. They will charge you for stolen orders. Manager and associate laughed very loudly right after I left the building because it’s so funny that they charged me 2x for the same products and don’t check IDs. I have never been asked for my ID at Ulta curbside pickup, nor do I have my own car.Of course managements logical conclusion here would be that someone stole my identity just to steal my order of makeup, not that someone made a mistake. Could it have been a bug? Why was there a similar order confused with mine? There was so much miscommunication and negative attitude. No open mindedness about fixing the issue. “Call the bank” she said. This simply shouldn’t be happening, ever.I had called the day before to confirm they still had my order. The order they had was similar products but not mine. Then the manager comes and tells me I picked it up, like I wouldn’t know if I picked up my own order. I insisted that she check the security footage as I had not come to this location that day, and was told it was picked up via curbside pickup and that they always double check for IDs.I’d have ordered delivery if it weren’t for the Venmo bonus, but I highly recommend ordering online above ordering pickup from this location after this most stressful situation.It makes me feel hesitant to even stop by this store again, as to be laughed at for things that weren’t my fault is absolutely ridiculous and the overall vibes were off. Not a positive experience at all.

Sofia was not helpful at all, she was ignoring me when I was asking for help. She would just sit in the corner talking with other workers. She seems very annoyed when even being asked anything. I don’t think she needs this job if she can’t do it.

Loved shopping the variety of all well-known brands of makeup love the lay out of the shop lots of space and easy to shop, staff were very helpful too. The only thing I didn't like was that the ladies promoting new products were very forceful and pushing me to buy a product I didn't want to an extent were the lady put the product in my basket and followed me around the shop to make sure i still had it in my basket . I ended up leaving it on the shelve before I got to the cashier

Great store, great selection. Friendly employees, they tend to hover a bit which can be annoying but still a good location.
