I just had the most amazing experience today. There is an employee named Chris at this ulta that absolutely made my day. He went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t have any tip money on hand so I ran to the reviews to give a compliment. Very talented and knowledgeable! I shared my experience with my daughter and she is now heading to that store 😂

Only person to greet me was the security guard. Walked around in circles looking for a product. The store manager called associated to the front to discuss mentioning the ultra app yet none of the associates or her for that matter could ask me if I needed assistance. The older white woman that walked in 12 minutes after me got helped right away by the store manager finding Clinique take the day off.
I’ll buy my Fenty products from Sephora. At least they will help me

Horrible experience! If you have textured 4c hair, please avoid at all cost. They don't know how to do African american hair. The manager Cindy was on a power trip instead of providing any assistance. My hair is in knots because they're idea of a blow out is with a diffuser...smh. Blowout means to make it straight.

My daughter and I had a good shopping experience here today. The staff was attentive and helpful. But they were pushing me to buy the most expensive products which I didn't care for. I found some good affordable foundation there and some nice eyeshadows.
For 1 lipglosses, 2 eyeshadows, and 1 foundation it was around $40.00. I went with the cheaper products but In my experience they work just as good as the expensive products they were trying to push on me.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at Ulta thanks to Chris! Even though the store was busy and it looked like they were about to wrap up for the day, Chris still took the time to help my girlfriend with her makeup. Their skill and attention to detail were incredible, and they made her feel so confident and beautiful. We truly appreciated their kindness, patience, and expertise. If you’re looking for a talented and dedicated makeup artist, Chris is the one to see! Highly recommend! Will for sure come back again with my girlfriend!

My first visit to an Ulta store was at Jantzen Beach! I opened the door and was immediately greeted warmly by Renee! Is looking for a specific product. She gave me a tour of the store, and helped me look for, and find, exactly what I needed! A+ customer service Renee!! Great job!!
