+ Lots of parking. - No drive-up mailbox, no lobby access Sat after 2pm or anytime Sunday so I was not able to drop off my letters that need to go out Monday. Disappointing to have a brand NEW location with no drive-up dropbox.

It's a nice post office and rarely busy. The zip code for street addressing to receive packages from ups and fedex, 97238, is different than the physical building zip code, 97220. The address can't be verified and causes issues with online retailers like Walmart not allowing you to use the correct zip code and packages being sent back or delayed.

I kinda didn't want to write this review and draw attention to this new Post Office location, as it is very new, and seemingly still undiscovered by the masses. With the loss of the location right next to the airport, having this location open up on the opposite side of 205 is basically just as convenient. Even better, I've been able to just walk in and approach the counter immediately, every time. The place is usually empty, and the attendant on duty must frequently be summoned with the bell out front.
No passport services offered here (yet), but they are apparently working on adding this in the future. Other than that, it's your usual post office, so you know what to expect...except the lines. Hopefully it'll stay that way!
Also, big shout out to Bing who (in addition to being the only employee I've seen work here), is very helpful and friendly, even helping me save $10 by on my last mailed package by offering me a cheaper shipping option!

While the staff is nice as is the new location, the hours are inconvenient. I pay $170 a year for a business PO Box but can't access my box most hours of the day. Why? There's even an accordion door that can be closed, securing the main Post Office from the boxes. Also, why not install a machine so I can get stamps?

Such fast service, shipments are processed quickly and the staff are wonderful!! Latest drop-off time for express and scan by worker in town as far as I know!

New location is nicer but that means nothing if access is limited. Why do I pay for a PO box if I can't get my mail? The ridiculously limited hours means I have to take an hour out of my day off to make a special trip during their limited window. Every other place has 24-hour access to boxes. It has been years since the old location was closed and they still haven't figured out how to get the new location running 100%
