We have been with them for over fifty years (starting with Telco Credit Union). Although we live in *******, I have ALWAYS been treated with respect and dignity. Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend these folks and especially ***************************** at the ****************** Branch. He made things so easy for ** on our latest loan. Look forward to meeting him in person when next we visit the ******** area.

I bank at the Unitus on SE 82 and Johnson Creek. I've always found the staff to be kind and helpful. Just wanted to give a special shout out to 'Lolani M! I had a big problem and she took care of it. Excellent customer service, kindness, and followed up with exactly what she said she would do. Give that woman a raise!

We just closed on our very first Home on 10/12/23 and CK Hyker and everyone at Unitus were amazing. They made this experience so easy and fun, something we weren't expecting at all. CK was so knowledgeable, available and friendly. We felt like we had a friend working to help make our dream come true. Can't recommend CK and Unitus Community Credit Union enough. They are fantastic from start to finish!!!!

I would like to thank Freddie Coleman who I think works at this branch. I spoke to him recently and he was so helpful. I explained to him that I’ve been scammed by a Unitus bank customer service representative who claims he’s the fraud manager. Freddie really took his time to listen to my concerns. And told me that he’ll have a real fraud manager named Alexa contact me. I’m just so glad he helped me. So thank you so much, Freddie!

I joined this CU in the 80's when it was the best in Oregon. Service has deteriorated so bad I have to leave. The lie to my face. They never meet their virtual appointments. The mortgage department is a joke. Their business banking is WW1. Never have they called me back when promised. They genuinely do not care about their customers from the top to the bottom.

This was the branch or location of Unitus Community Credit Union that I went to to open my small business account in 2014 or so. I didn't know of a location that had tellers as friendly as this location within this community credit union. There were a few times when I was followed inside the bank by random white men. And, I was yelled at by a few drivers on the nearby streets... on Saturday and Sunday afternoons (usually) because those drivers wanted to know where I was parked. Sometimes, while I was doing business inside this branch or location.... a random Asian woman (not a bank teller) would scream. I'm not sure why she was screaming though. I didn't yell back at any of them. I stopped going downtown by myself in May 2015 because of the random white men who are creepy and follow(ed) me. Although, I would go with a friend... I wouldn't go to this location after 3:37 PM.... on a Friday... in the summertime... because in this part of downtown when there are events all the parking places are usually full. I don't have an account here anymore because it's not close to my condominium.

I highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a loan and purchasing a home to use Unitus. Not only did CK make our process as easy as possible but she was able to walk us through every step and they have systems in place for you to learn and gain credit to put toward closing! I will continue to recommend them to anyone who ask! I can not thank CK and the Unitus team enough!

I have been working with Unitus for 4 years now and always receive world class service from every department. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Shannon Mosier on a new auto loan. My husband and I have banked at Unitus since before it was Unitus. Very disappointed in recent service. There was a rocky transition with the online banking system change a couple years ago which was hard. More recently there is an ongoing problem with the mobile deposit system wherein if you have more than one account, no matter which one you are logged into, checks are randomly deposited. Sometimes into the correct account, sometimes not. I've contacted Unitus multiple times in the last couple of months by email, phone, and in person and have been assured that someone is working on it. But it's not been fixed. No one has reached out to me personally to discuss the problem or communicate progress, if there has been any, in solving the problem. This is a serious issue for me and has undermined my confidence in Unitus as a banking organization. Two stars for previous good service (many years ago). Nowadays I strongly recommend doing your banking elsewhere.

Hey I'm a member at Unitus and love it!I spoke with Maggie Figueras on the phone today and wanted to let you know that she went above and beyond regular customer service.I asked her about whether I should increase my credit limit on my Unitus Credit card, and she gave excellent tips on both the pros and cons that gave me pause to rethink my actions.She was very knowledgeable, and answered every question I had politely and with great info.I thought itd be a good idea to reach out to her management and let them know they've got a rockstar in loan officers and customer service!I wish each and every conversation I have in the future will be as interesting and gainful as the one i had with Maggie. She sets a high bar, and I hope shes rewarded and looked upon as such!

Shalayah was wonderful to work with for my recent car loan. She was professional, informative, and excellent with communication. She kept me in the loop every step of the process and was both patient and kind when answering my many questions. I’m thrilled with my new car and low interest rate! Would highly recommend!

Very disappointed with loan practices, lack of communication and excessive charges for insurance CPI… 6 weeks of coverage and I was charged nearly $500… my entire year of insurance I purchased through Allstate was only $300… they also never sent a letter for purchasing this insurance before or even after they started it, I only knew because I saw the $500 charge on my loan… also got transferred back and forth 4 times between the loan department and insurance department before I was basically told, sorry there’s nothing we can do for you. I started with them wanting to get away from big banks and work with a local CC, BUT was severely let down… closing all accounts and transferring all over to a different Credit Union, hopefully they won’t give me the same run around and lack of understanding.UPDATE -Terrible back and forth experience with no understanding…Give a negative review and they act super kind and ask for your information like they want to help then instead just blame it all on you all over again and say “sorry it’s your fault” and don’t actually help…Save yourself the trouble and Go to Onpoint…

I've been using UCCU for as long as they have been Unitus. I've always found the tellers to be friendly and efficient. They provide full services, equity loans, cashier checks, etc. Thanks for providing a safe and low overhead savings and checking service.

I’ve been in finance for over 14 years and I absolutely hate working with large corporations. They just don’t care anymore, customer service is dead. Working with Unitus on a complicated refinance was a pleasant surprise. Kevin Moon was very helpful and responsive. It was nice that he accommodated my preferred means on communication which is text messaging. He made the process tolerable and successful.
