Rude staff. Don’t bother showing up there after 4pm, they will resent your existence even though they’re suppose to be open until 7pm. $20 for a self serve bath is ridiculous and as someone who washed dog baths every week day for 2 years, it’s not that hard. Loose the ‘tude.

I purchased on my debit card 2 harnesses and asked to return them and get new sizes. The manager decided to do some kind of swap out instead of returning them to my card. When those harnesses did not work going back to return he then said it has mysteriously turned to store credit and could not be refunded to my card. I purchased these with my debit card and never had store credit. They were not understanding they did not apologize and did not work to solve the problem and said there is nothing they can do. Terrible customer service. I would like to speak to someone above this manager and get my refund back to my card. Absolutely ridiculous. Finding harnesses that properly fit 2 separate dogs require some trial and error with brands and I wouldn’t shop here or trust that you are able to successfully do that.

Went to wash my 2 mini poodles at this store. $20 for each. over priced but needed a quick wash. Typically around town it’s $15 a wash.
The cleaning basket I was given had watered down products and tiny thin towels. My dogs are nervous and I typically wash them in the same tub. I was rudely told they are not allowed in the same tub by the unfriendly staff AND
Only one blow dryer for 3 stations?!... and no table to dry them either. I guess you’re supposed to dry them from the ground.
Thankfully I was the only one there. I guess petco thinks is okay to just wait while your dog shivers to dry off.
NEVER going back to this joke of a place.
Plenty of high quality dog wash places near for $15 a dog to goto that have actual stations and blow dryers for each dog AND a friendly staff. This was a horrid experience. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

$20 for a pet wash and when l attempted to opt out of giving them my personal information to freaking get a coin, they refused service. Apparently you have surrendered privacy and money now. Disgusting. I walked
out.

Friendly staff, easy access, fast service. The dogs and I were greeted as we entered the store. Although we knew what we were coming in for we wandered the clean Isles, and the dogs enjoyed their sniff time without interruption. Check out was fast and courteous.

I go here for cat and dog stuff, but I was surprised to see they have a little fish stuff, too. I was looking for something to clean algea off the glass in the aquarium. This place had the perfect thing to clean it off.

We went to the store looking for a very specific type of food for our dog to deal with some recent health issues. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He helped us look at options and find a food that is appropriate for our dog's dietary needs. He explained the store's policy about returns in case the dog did not like the food. We are very happy with the choice we made, and so is our dog! We will return to buy more of this food, and we highly recommend you talk to Matthew if you have a question.
