I've shopped this location about 10 times. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the selection of dog food, toys and treats is extensive. My dog is always happy when we shop here!

I went in there today looking for some bird food because I like to feed the birds as I'm working sometimes downtown Portland I go in there to find the smallest bird selection I've ever seen and then to see an ad that says unleashed Petco with the parrot right there in the ad is ridiculous!!! They had a small tiny bag for $10 it was not enough I was really disappointed!!

Ordered online for pickup. Was very quick and easy, staff was super friendly! This is the only place in Portland I can get my dog's food! Very happy they continue to stock it. Taste of the wild and Unleashed by Petco for the win!

I walked into the store clueless because I just gotten a new puppy and Andi stopped what she was doing to help me and walked me through everything! she even walked me to my car so that I could take the shopping cart! please note I had showed up at 6:30 30 minutes before they closed, but I was in a desperate situation and they were more than willing to help! Dillon at the register was very patient with me as I was trying to navigate using Klarna in the store.
