The past few times I went in there my presence was not even acknowledged. The gentleman behind hind the counter was on his personal phone. And why does it seem like there’s only one employee there at a time? Perhaps this is the result of poor management? Business 101: A company is only as good as its employees.

This is the worst customer service I've seen in my life and I've seen really bad ones but this store was cherry on the top! This morning I dropped my returns and the Asian guy didn't even say hello he took my returns while talking on the phone, he could've finished the phone call first and then call me to the counter! He took the returns and he didn't even hand me the receipt he put in the scale and I took, I said Thank you he didn't even reply back! There is this guy and someone else in this store with no manners at all. I mean come on people manners are nice!

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store. I dropped off a brand new iPhone that was being returned to T-Mobile because they had sent the wrong color. Two weeks later, T-Mobile still hadn’t received the package. After tracking it, I found out it had been sent to the wrong state and city. T-Mobile refused to refund me because they never got the device, and UPS took no responsibility for the error.
Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there. My husband later returned a brand new Dyson to this same UPS Store, and once again, Dyson never received the package. Now Dyson is investigating and working with UPS corporate, apparently because they’ve been receiving multiple reports of missing packages.
This is unacceptable. Two high-value items, both brand new, are now lost, and there has been no accountability or resolution from this location. I would strongly caution anyone against using this store for returns, especially for expensive items. Something is clearly wrong here.

I have been using this location for years. They are always helpful and friendly. Printer when you need one on-site. Yesterday they helped me figure out a return that the company made extremely confusing. I was so grateful they helped to turn around a bad experience they didn't even cause. Also they have some mailing supplies, and mail shredding by the pound! Thank you!
