For all people who don’t know, this place only deals with next day air packages and,that plane heads to Louisville Ky UPS Worldport and distributed to its final destination. They do not deal with ground packages, so you can’t blame them for not taking most of your packages at this location unless it’s NEXT DAY AIR

Not many places big enough to park an airplane, but this is one of them.The downside is that planes are huge and usually have to be parked outside. And for some reason, airports are built in places with terrible weather. It is either too windy, too rainy, or too hot.Other wise, great location. I'm only subtracting 1 star for not having an indoor airplane parking option.

Lot of the ups workers have been lazy and dropping the packages not at the door. Right in the middle of the driveway where i park for everyone to see. Trashy work ethic with no respect for the customer.

Their delivery service is fine. Their phone system is the most infuriating phone system I've ever encountered. Can't even speak with customer service without a tracking number and they don't leave the tracking number when they leave a note on your door. If you don't know who is trying to send you a package, you've got to make up a tracking number to get to a real human on the phone.

Wow what great people Heidi was amazing and very on with her quote. from now on they are the only shipping service will need. I tried fed ex ,ups and they were so expensive one call she did everything I needed. What a great service I give them a 10

Where is a place to lock up a bike if I ride it there? Seriously I ride my bike as my main transportation as it saves money, benifets of cardio for my health and plus my car is not in the best of shape

I stopped here to drop off a package. The gentleman there said they don't take packages. They only deal with trucks. He said I could drop it off at the guard shack around the corner. The gentleman at the guard shack wouldn't take it but suggested I flag down a driver. No drivers in the vicinity to flag down. Had to take the package to a UPS store on Sandy. Funny, I never had this problem with FedEx.
