I was spouse to get my package on last Friday but still didn't get it. I paid extra to specifically be deliver on that day. But the deliverey driver lied and made false attempt. I was at home waiting for that package and nobody came. I went to this store and asked them what was going and the store worker told me "oh yeah okay they gonna try tomorrow " band I was like okay waited for that package until Monday still nothing in these day's called upes so many times I was on the phone for hours. I still didn't get my package. Until at this point still didn't. And just now they told tmobile they lost that they lost the package. Not only they are rude unhelpful, and liars. But they thieves as well. Cuz the order at facility and it got lost at of nowhere. It's a huge company and this happened and just like that they lost iphone 15 pro max! Hmm

Get a human to answer your phone ffs. Also get some accurate tracking. Usps, FedEx, etc. is way better than you every day. Hate this company. Wish I could make it so Amazon and etsy and other online markets wouldn't ship to me using them. When I see ups, I know my package is guaranteed LATE.

This business is terrible, my friend has lost a lot lately and hasn’t been able to access his personal money ups has a package of his that contains his debit card his wallet was stolen and he has no ID he needs the card to go get and ID he does have a picture of his iD on his phone but they refuse to give him his package even knowing that he is distressed about the situation. Stil they are holding the package out of spite. Knowing the situation. This company is disgraceful and needs to be held responsible. Be kind out there people you never know what’s going on in another persons life. Sometimes company policy needs to be overlooked when someone needs help instead of turning your head the other way because you don’t like what? Ups what don’t you like about my friend? His neck tattoo? Shame on this business

UPS in general is HORRIBLE! I’ve ordered 2 packages now from them and both of them said “delivered” and neither one of them arrived. I paid $8 in shipping plus the item I paid for and UPS is literally stealing from me. I have cameras and looked back at when they said it was delivered and nobody showed up. On top of that I can’t get a refund for my items. I went to this place in hopes to get and idea of where it could have gone and the lady had no emotion at all. She told me it was delivered and the time and the location. Exactly what I already knew. I explained to her that it says it was delivered, nobody showed up, and I never got the package. And she literally told me there’s nothing they can do about it since it said it was delivered. I filed a claim and it said it was checked but the package was not found. I’m sick and tired of paying for stuff and not getting it because of this shipping company. Don’t order from them!

Closed from 1pm to 3pm eveyday. Not stated online for this specific location. This is bad service. The reason I had to go to the "main" location was due to the fact that my 50lb box was too heavy for my neighborhood UPS Store to ship. Even though it was pre-paid for drop-off. This feels like mediocre service to me. And who gets 2 hours for lunch every day? If UPS has a staffing problem, then deal with it. Don't take it out on the customer!

I wish I could rate the customer service call center that works with this location because they gave misinformation on hours of operation. They ARE NOT OPEN UNTIL 9AM. I don’t know why it’s listed on here as 8AM and I don’t know why the call center also has it listed at 8AM for any pick ups. This was extremely inconvenient for me because they weren’t even open at 8AM, as I was told, so I had to come back at a later time, when I live well over 30 minutes from the location. Another gentleman ran into the same issue as me and it was beyond frustrating.

The automated call help service is entirely disfunctional. It refused to connect me to a representative even though it had no way to interpret and resolve the issue I had with someone else's package being delivered to my address.

Zero stars if I could. Driver falsely claimed they attempted delivery of a package. Customer service claimed someone from the local station would call me back. No one did. Package is going to be returned to shipper as a result. No phone, no email, no way to contact anyone.

An absolutely joke of a company. UPS is lucky they have a monopoly, otherwise they would have failed by now. This location does not have the correct hours posted and is impossible to get a hold of. Infuriating doesn’t begin to explain it. Will never use them when given the option.

This place fucking sucks I called two times and they told me I could pick my package up on Monday and I check and see it's being loaded on the truck how do you mess that up? Plus it's 7.99 to pick up your package ? I'm doing you a favor! And if the ups knocked loud enough or tried I wouldn't have missed my package in the first place

Who closes from 1 to 3 for lunch?! There were five other people waiting for it to open back up as well and a good 20 or so who came, unloaded their boxes only to be met with a locked door. Staff your locations guys! The one guy who works here is great though.
