I was so grateful for how helpful Gee was! I was in town for work and needed to get multiple things shipped out to different locations. The experience was top notch and his attitude and patience was so good! Thank you for helping me navigate a stressful situation! He clearly enjoys what he does and makes the customer feel at ease. I almost always just come in here to either return things or pick up packages, and it occurs to me I just take this place for granted, so for what it's worth, here is a Google data point to show my appreciation.
The location is very convenient, and there is ample parking when I need it. Everyone who works at this location has always been friendly, helpful, and patient, even when the line is out the door. Thank you so much for being there when I need to send or pick up a package.

This store saved the day! I have a complex printing job, and I encountered many issues with access to some of the files. GEE and his team were patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. I cannot thank them enough for their service. I will absolutely be coming back for my next print job and for my other shipping needs.

I had a package to return to an online retailer that gave slightly confusing instructions. I walked in and prompt, knowledgeable, friendly staff helped me for no charge. So kind!

I had to return a boxed item and the company told me to drop it off at any UPS free of charge with the return label. The cashier at the UPS store insisted that I needed to buy a $7 cardboard box to put...the already boxed item into to ship.

These guys are always fast, efficient, and helpful. Malachi went above and beyond today, reviewing my receipt via email, remembering that he had packed the box (which he described), and helping me sort out the tracking. Really great service.

first ever google review because Valerie was SO amazing. I was feeling super anxious and getting bombarded with work messages trying to ship this package out and Valerie made it literally so easy and was so calm and kind!! couldn’t believe how taken care of I felt at a UPS lol so shout out to Valerie you are awesome

The store was open for 20 more minutes and I called repeatedly and could not get anyone to answer. No wonder they get poor reviews.

I was happy and friendly when I walked into the store today, but I was not met with the same energy by the store employees. I came in with internet equipment from Spectrum along with a postcard that was sent by Spectrum explaining I can return my equipment to any UPS Store to have my equipment packed and shipped back at no charge. I was met by two employees with blank stares and very unhelpful attitudes. I explained I needed to return the equipment and showed them the card, which they didn’t even look at. They said I needed a QR code from Spectrum to return the equipment. I searched my emails and logged into my Spectrum account and found no QR code. I called Spectrum and asked for help, and they said any UPS Store should know how to process the equipment return, and there should be no QR code needed. I put the call on speaker so the UPS employee could hear, but even though I was doing everything I possibly could to facilitate the situation, that very unhelpful attitude still persisted. It wasn’t until I insisted that they try to scan the equipment until they actually tried to do something to help me. Which still resulted in nothing getting done and I still left the store with my equipment and with no help. The Spectrum customer service person on the phone asked the for UPS Store address to report to their supervisor, because they have never had an issue like this before. Spectrum says they are contracted with UPS and it should be a seamless process. I understand if there is a new employee or if there is confusion, but the general apathy and unhelpfulness got under my skin. I’m just a person trying to get my to-do list done like everyone else, and life doesn’t need to be more difficult than it already is. Maybe at least pretend to be nice or helpful? That is what the company hired you to do. I get that it’s not an amazing job, but at least treat your fellow humans with general courtesy and respect. Attitudes like this make the world a worse place, not better.

#1 Customer Service?👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Unfriendly, clueless people who work here. The only good about this place is convenience to my home but I will have to go elsewhere now because this is the 3rd time I have been treated so wrongly. Looking shy and timid was very deceiving.

I love this place. I’ve had my mailbox since 2018. I’ve seen employees come and go, and the store change ownership.
Malachi and his staff are great. They are helpful, respectful, and patient. I receive a lot of packages and sometimes pickup 10+ packages at once. I really appreciate their customer service.
I’ve also shipped packages from this store and the prices I paid are comparable to USPS.
Some of the supplies they sell are on the expensive side, but that is the price you pay for convenience. I’ve seen employees give little discounts here and there. I believe the employees do a great job of working with you to get you what you need at an affordable price.
I will remain a loyal customer.
